The property is stunning! Perfectly located on the beach, spacious for our large family, fully equipped with anything you would need including alot of beach toys/accessories! Pictures dont do it justice and the place looks even better in person. Would highly recommend and would also come back here

Vacationed with our sons, daughter in laws, and 3 grandchildren and enjoyed everything about our stay. The beautiful views and perfect location on the beach are unbelievable, with the pool being a great mid day escape from the sweltering heat in June. The home is absolutely gorgeous and was spotless. We would have appreciated beach chairs and sun shades for the beach. We purchased chairs and two shades, but would be charged if we left them for other guests????, so we gifted them to some friends we made on the beach. Lots of noise from construction across the street and trucks hauling sand on the beach. Still give our stay a 10 out of 10. We loved it! Thank you!

This three story free standing house was perfect for our multigenerational family get-together! From the ensuites, to the floorplan, to the beach sporting equipment, this place has it all. The decor was impressive and beautiful! There was plenty of space for all of us to be together and not feel crowded, or retreat for personal quiet time and not hear everyone else. There was an issue with the hot tub while we were there, but I found the management company responsive, even after hours. Why we plan to rent Seaview Sensation againLocation, Location, Location - This house is right on a beautiful beach. You can go back and forth between the house and the beach as often as you wantShops and restaurants are walking distanceWalmart and Publix are just a short driveThe pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and a table/seating area are on the first floor covered patio. There is also a bathroom on the first floor. You can be outside all day and not be in direct sunlight. The amenities, which are too numerous to list, add considerable value to the vacation experience.Thanks to Jeff and Gina we were able to enjoy Fort Myers Beach and create beautiful family memories!
