Cabin is very nice and clean. It was convenient to the event we were attending. Cabin well equipped. Mattresses were very comfortable! Everyone slept very good and commented on them!!

This cabin was perfect for a girls weekend away. So close to pigeon forge, quiet area, and very clean. We would stay her again if we are in the area.

The management company, Fireside Chalets, was very dedicated to our safety (went up the weekend of a pretty substantial snow storm), great communications, GREAT STAFF.

Cabin was very clean and large enough for our group. Only down side was even with ceiling fans on, all the heat seemed to stay upstairs and in each bedroom. At night we had to keep bedroom doors open or we couldnt get cool enough. Overall a great stay.

The listing shows a pool/hot tub from a different property.. the pool for this property is small with no hot tub. The roads getting up to the cabin are filled with hairpin turns, make sure you take it slow!

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. The pool photos shown in the listing are of the resort pool area that this cabin has access to. While this property does not include a private hot tub, we do offer many cabins with that amenity available. We also appreciate your comments regarding the mountain roads. Winding and steep roads are common throughout the Smoky Mountains, and we always encourage guests to drive carefully and take their time when traveling through the area. The cabin was spacious with excellent Mountain View’s. We contacted the host regarding the bathroom we kept getting locked inside and they said maintenance would come and they never showed up. The main ceiling light did not turn on and flickered when you attempt to turn it on. The cabin could use additional cleaning cobwebs & dust. The roads up to the cabin were windy and drive way was steep but the view was great.

Everything was good. We did not how ever have a outside trash can.Also we have a crew cab 3500 truck and it made parking difficult. We had to go up to the next driveway and back down it so we could pull straight into our parking area. If you have a vehicle with factory tires and wheels it wont be a issue. Everything inside was prefect. Would stay here again most definitely. Christmas decor was still up and enjoyable. Loved the view from the porch and you could also see it from the bedroom upstairs.
