This home is beautifully appointed, one of the best I’ve stayed in. The beds were very comfortable and everything seemed to be brand new. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach will definitely come back.

Everything about this home was perfect for me and my family. 6 of us stayed there and there was plenty of space. Everything was super comfortable. We used the fire pit in the large backyard. Kitchen is fully updated and perfect. The hosts responded very quickly to the few questions we had, but there were no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home and location in the Fire District. It is brand new with all the amenities. My wife and three sons stayed and had the best time! I love this area of RI and would highly recommend. The hosts are incredible and provide a wonderful experience! I didn’t want to leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rhode to Sonshine. The house is so tastefully decorated and has everything you can possibly want or imagine. Fire pit also. House is walking distance to beach but they provide a parking pass if you have a lot of stuff and want to drive to parking lots right next to beach. Lots of good restaurants and ice cream stores close by or in the area. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Beach House

This house is amazing. Everything you could ask for. The house is fully stocked with every high end item that you could possibly need. And a the true bonus it has all you need for a day at the beach ie. chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys and a cooler. We would definitely book again. Hosts were very responsive. The house was immaculate!

We loved everything about our stay at this property. The house was newly renovated and beautifully decorated with high-end kitchen appliances and accessories. The neighborhood was quiet and an easy walk to several beaches, restaurants, and stores. The property has a fenced in yard with a fire pit/BBQ grill and also a large shed with all sorts of beach stuff for guest use (chairs, umbrellas, wagon, boogie boards). We rented bikes for the week - which easily fit into the shed. The owners were fantastic about communicating and patient with all my questions. I would highly recommend this beautiful beach house. Glad we took a chance on a new property without reviews. Very worth it and honored to be their first review.

Highly recommend this house! It has all of the modern comforts of home. It’s perfect for families. Family friendly and safe neighborhood. We loved the access to the private beaches. We loved the pizza bus, walking to get our coffee in the morning and ice cream at night. The walk to the beach is a little far for kids but the parking pass helped! I would rent this property again without any hesitation!

Josh and Lisa's place is such a gem! So clean and cozy. We stayed with our 4 kids (including one infant) and had absolutely everything we needed for a long weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware and there were plenty of beach towels! The beach wagon was so amazing to have and we made good use of it. Lots of family games, books, puzzles and toys for the kids too! The beds and couch were super comfy and we enjoyed both the inside and outside eating areas. Having the beach just down the street was amazing, and it was totally walkable with our 7, 5, and 3 year old. It was truly a perfect stay and we look forward to hopefully returning in the future!
