Very convenient location and very well stocked! The view from the upper deck with the hot tub is amazing! Big city life at its best! There is even a TV on the deck!

Nice place. Clean and well-appointed. Hot tub on the roof was great with a nice view. House was comfortable and had a nice coffee shop very close and good public transit access. Parked at the nearby Target parking garage for a good price.

Great location in the middle of downtown and the sports stadiums/arena. In a quiet location and walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Communication was great. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hosts communicated everything I needed well in advance of my check-in date, which made the process incredibly smooth. The property was even more amazing than described - the pictures don’t do it enough justice. Our group was able to spread out and having a bathroom on every floor was incredibly convenient. We didn’t take advantage of the hot tub during our stay but the city view was beautiful. Parking could be a bit challenging at times but everyone was able to find spots due to the instructions provided by the hosts. Finally, the location is extraordinarily convenient to all the places we wanted to go. I would one hundred percent recommend this property to anyone who has a larger group and wants the ability to spread out while also having room to be together.

This is a nice home on a narrow street in Philadelphia. The host addressed any issues that we had promptly. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms worked perfectly for a group of 10 women. We used Uber to get around the city due to the limited parking in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a good time hosting Avis and her group. Fantastic and understanding guests who used the house as though it was theirs. We definitely look forward to hosting them aggain and recommend Avis to future hosts as well.

In Philly to see family for Thanksgiving and to Go to the Eagles game. Had a very nice stay. Good location. The house was in immaculate condition. Hot tub was a nice addition. Place was as depicted in pictures. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will definitely come back when in town to visit family.

We appreciated the modern finishes, the tvs in every bedroom, comfortable beds, techie appliances, enough room for family to gather. Host was very accommodating & answered all questions immediately. Didn’t use hot tub but it looked inviting & we will next stay. So close to where we needed to be, and for a healthy run to Rocky!

Nice and covert clean and new. Some difficulty with electronic door lock with the afternoon sun making it not work properly but I was able to reach the owner right away and they were going to replace it. Waking distance to many restaurants and a 30 minute safe walk to downtown and lots of bars and food.

An absolute superstar of a host. Saved us after our original booking ghosted us. They were responsive and extremely helpful. Beautiful house with easy access via public transit to all of Philly. We chose to use the parking garage connected to Target / Sprouts instead of on street parking. Easy in and out privileges and a very reasonable 13/day. The street is narrow, but my SUV was able to navigate up and down it several times as we traveled out side the city for a beach day, and other attractions outside the city.The beds were great, house AC worked excellent, the hot tub with city views were a hit, be ready to get your flights in as it is 5 stories including the basement and the rooftop.
