Perfect spot for a family looking for the comforts of home while traveling. Lots of restaurants nearby just a walk or shirt driveways. Very easy to navigate everywhere we planned to go during our stay in town.

Our host's communication was excellent, the location of the condo was perfect, and the condo was clean and very well maintained.
The Exquisite Condo is close to Churchill Downs horse racing track, home of the Kentucky Derby.

This was a great condo for our group, two couples and a kid. Location was excellent for what we wanted to do, bourbon bars, music, and resturants. Accommodations were exactly as advertised. The communication with the host, John was outstanding. He answered all of our questions, very quickly so everything went perfectly. We loved our stay here and would come back!!!

The condo was perfect! It was very clean and John was very quick to get back to me. The location was great for walking to restaurants, distilleries, and shopping. We celebrated my husbands 40th birthday, and we plan to make a family trip as well! We will definitely be back!

Nice property in the NuLu district, several restaurants and bars are just around the corner. The property was well equipped and worked out nicely while we were in town for the Utility Expo. I would book again. Property manager was responsive when we had issue with our reserved parking spot being used by someone else. Be prepared to provide a front and back copy of your ID along with a selfie with you holding your ID to be able to check in. This was a new request for me after using VRBO for a couple of decades. Not a big deal, but unique so that is why I mention it. They must have had an issue with past guest.

The property & location was great. Exactly as advertised. Free street parking on Fri/Sat evenings was challenging. Rooftop patio was great for watching the fireworks.
