Our fully-furnished apartments are ideal for short-term, monthly, or extended stays with a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and walk-in closets. All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
