This place is a little off a main road, but you feel like you are miles away! Such a nice place. The location is beautiful! Loved this place!

We enjoyed a birthday getaway to Maine and picked the perfect spot. This cottage is small but enough for my family of 3. It was clean, tidy, and adorable. Ruby was an exceptional host welcoming us to stay at her property! Highly recommend.

Very relaxing spot—- beautiful, and the house is very comfortable. Great eating spots within 20 mins. Wonderful view and great communication with the host. Enjoyed the canoe, and spent some great time just relaxing on the deck! THANKS for sharing your camp!!

Just returned from a girls trip to Maine w/ our home base being at Ruby's cabin. It was everything we needed it to be and more. Ruby is a great host and has thought of pretty much everything when prepping for guests. She was also quick to respond when we reached out and one of the best hosts I have encountered during my traveling adventures. The front porch was perfect when it rained on our last afternoon there and the window seat with a view in the front bedroom was a great spot to relax. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay again in the future! Having an opportunity to meet Ruby at our request (she did not intrude) and hear some of the cottage's history was a special treat. Thank you for hosting us!

Ruby, the host, is possibly the most responsive and helpful. She answered all my messages quickly and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was lovely — even washed the sheets in fragrance-free detergent & left us extra grilling utensils when I told her we were hosting family from Hollawell for grilling one evening. Ruby said that they aim for clean and comfortable and that’s just what they deliver. The view is spectacular and the cabin is an authentic Maine lake experience.

Great location. Fantastic views of the lake. The host set us up to have a great time in the quintessential Maine cottage. The interior was nicely updated and the vibe was cozy.

We only stayed for one night, but I wish we could’ve stayed longer! This is the cutest cabin in a beautiful spot, with a nice little downtown area just 10 minutes away. Ruby was a great host, and I’m definitely saving this spot for our next trip up!

Clean and cozy camp! Fully appointed kitchen with small stove, microwave, keurig and fridge.Beautiful water views and sunrises over the lake! Comfortable outdoor area with seating. Owners quick to respond and very gracious throughout our stay.

Had a wonderful stay third week of september 2025. the view from the porch was awesome.the camp had some nice renovation and sill kept the cottage charm.brought my boat and caught a few largemouth.had a fire in the fire pit most nites.ruby was a wondrful host,would definitely rent again.

Spring Cove was ADORABLE! Centrally located, it was easy to visit S. Portland, Waterville and Lewiston with ease. The landscaping was very nice; the front flower bed was still in bloom and the outdoor firepit was very inviting. The camp had very comfortable furniture and eclectic, yet cozy decor. The upstairs bedrooms had a unique layout but easily met our needs. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was soft and ample. The kitchen was supplied with everything needed for cooking and even a few extras... was great to find tin foil, sandwich baggies, and some spices! The coffee maker is a Keurig so be sure to bring pods. The water pressure was great and the bathrooms were very clean!! The climate control was working perfectly, and we were able to regulate it easily with the instructions provided. My favorite part of this cute, lovely cabin was the porch! Super cute closed off porch with screened in windows overlooked the lake and made for a great place for morning coffee and evening wine. I just loved the smell, the view, the tranquil setting!! Wi-fi was reliable and ruku tv had many stations to choose from. The owner was very responsive and went out of her way to mark the drive entrance, which could be missed if not paying close attention. She knew the weather would be rainy when we arrived and placed a pumpkin by the entrance to the drive which made locating it very easy for us. Highly recommend this gem of a cabin!

We had such a wonderful stay at Ruby’s waterfront home! The property was peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family. Ruby was a kind and thoughtful host, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We’d absolutely love to come back!
