Girls Trip

Girls Trip The Calm Water Villas was everything we hoped for and more! Meg truly thought of every little detail—from plenty of bath and beach towels to a washer and dryer stocked with detergent. We were even provided robes. We had the best time paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkeling provided by the villa. We had a beach tour boat ride with Captain Chris and it was amazing. We spent every evening relaxing outside, soaking in the incredible sunsets and moonrise. Even travel to and from the island was easy and right on schedule. We left with amazing memories and are already talking about our next trip back!

Peace and tranquility

If you’re looking for a place to stay that offers everything you could ask for then look no further than the calm water villas. It offers your own private beach, dock (we rented a boat for our stay), plunging pool, and two different suites that we also utilized. Everything was clean and offered all kinds of different amenities to use such as air fryers, pot and pans, ice maker, grill, etc. It also has paddle boards and kayaks that we utilized as well! If you’re looking for something on exuma, and you are looking for something that is family friendly and private look no further.

What an amazing place to introduce Exuma newbies!

The Calm Water Villas was the absolute perfect spot for 2 couples! Our friends had their very 1st visit to Exuma and I'm so glad we chose The Calm Water Villas! The suites were so clean, the towels were my word, amazing soft, the grounds were kept beautifully! The suites are very well equipped and welcoming. As a fellow owner, I am so grateful for all the detail and love I could see the owners put into it! The owners, Gregory and his wife, always available, super responsive and so friendly and helpful! Perfect x10!

Perfect x10!! This was our second stay at Calm Waters Villa in Exuma, and somehow we loved it even more this time! We had the entire property, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The views are spectacular, the private beach is beautiful, and the dipping pool is the perfect place to relax and take it all in. Every detail of the property is so well thought out. It is incredibly clean, organized, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. We felt completely at home, while also feeling like we were staying in our own private little piece of paradise. The beach, dock, pool, privacy, and those incredible Exuma views made it very hard to leave! The owners are wonderful and extremely responsive, and you can tell they have put so much thought and care into making this property special. We truly can’t say enough good things about Calm Waters Villa. After two stays, we would come back again in a heartbeat. Absolutely perfect in every way! Michelle H.

Paradise

Absolutely lovely experience. Everything was perfect! We were picked up on time airport was so easy! Transfer to villa was quick and easy! Rental car was waiting in the driveway when we arrived. Villa offered everything! Morning coffee on the deck, sea turtles, Kayaking, snorkeling ( right from the private beach), great food options, tons of beaches with the most beautiful turquoise water. Half day excursion with exuma water sports included, swimming with the pigs, iguanas, snorkel and a sand bar visit. Locals are warm and welcoming! Host is available, wildlife is everywhere.

Private paradise

Needed an escape from the NYC winter and stayed at The Calm Waters Villa at the end of January. So glad I did!!! This place was perfect. It has its own private beach and pool. Super quiet and relaxing. There are kayaks which we took for a spin. Accommodations are amazing. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The place was spotless. Short drive to restaurants and grocery store. There’s a long dock you can walk out onto which is amazing for watching the beautiful sunsets of Exuma, not to mention the fact that I’ve never seen water like there, ever. Highly recommend The Calm Waters Villa and I will definitely be back!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Stay at The Calm Water Villas!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay at The Calm Water Villas in Exuma. The property was absolutely beautiful and even better in person. The views, the crystal-clear water, the private beach, and the peaceful atmosphere made it feel like we had our own little piece of paradise. One of the best parts was being able to walk right outside and enjoy the water. We spent time paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkeling, and we saw SO many sea turtles right there in the water by the property! Being able to experience that without even having to leave was incredible. We also did two different excursions with Exuma Water Sports. We did the Seven Beaches Tour, which was absolutely beautiful, and another day we went to see the famous swimming pigs and the iguanas. Both experiences were unforgettable and really made the trip feel like a true Exuma adventure. What I loved most about The Calm Water Villas was the combination of luxury, privacy, and the natural beauty surrounding you. You can spend the day exploring the island and doing excursions, then come back and just relax by the water and watch the wildlife. Exuma itself is absolutely breathtaking, but having a place like The Calm Water Villas to come back to made the trip even more special. This was easily one of the most beautiful and relaxing vacations I’ve ever taken. If you’re thinking about visiting Exuma, I would 100% recommend staying here. Beautiful property, incredible water, amazing wildlife, and unforgettable experiences. We definitely hope to come back soon ! 🌴🌊🐢☀️

Amazing place and owners.

We took our family of six to this amazing property. I highly recommend it if you are looking for beautiful views, outdoor activities, and relaxation. The owners were extremely helpful with making sure we had everything we needed including rental car and airport transportation. Definitely going back!!!
