Great place stay

We stayed here for a soccer weekend with our family and this place was perfect. Close to the fields and plenty of room for our family to spread out. The property was great would love to have more time in the future to enjoy all the amenities.

Cozy cottage

Home was very comfortable. Everything just as listed. Our dog enjoyed the backyard. Enabled us to enjoy Savannah.

Family Reunion

Cute and cozy home away from home fir my family. We just recently started using VRBO instead of staying at hotels and im confident in saying i will never go back to the hotel industry. Thank y'all for another wonderful experience and until next time.

Listing was deceiving as I was looking for a spot on the water to fish. There is a private dock to fish from, but views show it's more accessible. It's down the drive & across the street. My original unit got canceled the day before my trip due to AC issues. That unit was fenced in, I was traveling with my 2 dogs so I really wanted the convenience. Come to find out the fence at that unit was not 100% anyways, so my pups would have gotten out if left to their mischievous ways. I was placed in 7 instead. Talk about blast from the past. 70's furniture sets the tone. My AC was working really hard to keep up. The front door wasn't closing all the way so that wasn't helping. There is no dish washer in this unit, which is no big deal for a single traveler but this was a 3 bed 2 bath house with a ton of dishes. So adding that feature would help. It was a comfortable area, just needed some minor repairs & updates. Wasn't real clean when I got in. Found a cookie on the floor in the master & a very large palmetto bug dead in the kitchen. Also a ton of children's toy pieces under & behind furniture & in the kitchen. The table needs to be deep cleaned as it was pretty sticky, so I put a table cloth down to work. Some of the lamps don't work simply because you can't plug them. The showers needed new heads which they came & replaced. The property has a nice entertainment layout with Frisbee golf baskets, volleyball court, horse shoes & bocce ball. Could go on but not enough space. It's ok.

Great Out-of-the-Way Location

The property appears to be part of a collection of properties all within walking distance to one another. The location and property itself is super clean, very welcoming, and we had no real issues during our stay. Everything was well stocked from the kitchen, to the bath, to all the toiletries, no complaints there or elsewhere. Within minutes drive of downtown Savannah, but far enough away from that hustle-and-bustle, it makes it a great location for visiting the area.

2 day stay

The visit was pleasant and enjoyable. Very Quiet neighborhood. Great and sufficient space and very safe for children to play around and have fun. Rooms were very clean and orginized. One suggestion, for visitors with a more organic lifestyle to remove wall plug ins and have organic cleaning supplies as well as body wash and dish soap.

Bathroom accomodations

Love everything but the bathroom, only one bathroom, and it's too small for plus size family..just wasn't comfortable

Get what you pay for. For the price it was decent. Clean but old musty house, no dishwasher. Tiny old bathroom. Code did not work when we arrived. Took two phone calls to finally get access to property.

Okay to start everyone in our group got covid afterwards. There was doggie bags filled with poop on the back porch. The bathroom floor is 4in taller than the rest of the floor with a vent at the bottom very dangerous at night. I tried to set on the porch but there's a camera that keeps lighting up the entire porch. Its plugged in to a plugin with a pad lock. There a chicken that goes crazy at 5am right outside the bedroom window. The people in the house next-door had a crazy party until 2am. And the tvs only pick up from Chanel 200 up so no football on new-year 😒 most of the fans didn't work. I never received a email with check in details i had to call the 800 number for a code.
