We also appreciate you mentioning the lack of air conditioning. Many homes in the Tahoe area rely on our cool mountain evenings rather than A/C, and we're glad opening the windows and using the curtains helped keep the home comfortable. We’re truly sorry to hear that the photos gave a different impression of the cabin’s size. That’s never our intention, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

We can tack this negative review up to the fact the guest was not compliant and left our property a complete mess. The County had to respond twice to noise violations, and she allowed her children to use confetti poppers all over outside. This created a huge mess, and we had to even clean confetti in neighbor’s yards. It was unfortunate she used a review against the property to retaliate against us for enforcing very basic rules.
