Great location on True Blue hole 16 (par 3), close to many golf courses in Pawleys Island. Host provided instructions proactively and was very responsive to any questions. Definitely, would be back next time I’m in town

We had an another wonderful stay at this Condo. The owner was incredibly accommodating, responsive and great with communication from start to finish. The condo was comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This 2 bed, 2 bath property was just perfect for our golf trip. It was close to all the courses we were playing and it was exactly as it appeared in the listing. The owner was even so thoughtful as to share a pass that allowed us entry to Huntington Beach State Park where we could enjoy the beach access during our stay at no cost. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to our friends as well.

We absolutely loved the inside of the condo. It was perfect for us. However, the walk from the car to the entrance of the condo needs improvement. The bugs and spiders were insane. The HOA in this particular complex needs serious help. The property owners are definitely not getting what they deserve.

Ashley’s place was the perfect getaway for us! The condo was just as advertised and did not disappoint. Clean, comfortable, all amenities provided and a super cozy balcony to enjoy morning coffee. The park and pool passes were a nice touch and appreciated. Quiet and relaxing location close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc! We had a great time!Mary & Glenn

Its located on 3rd floor so pack light! The primary bedroom has a very soft mattress. Too soft for my back so did not sleep comfortably. The other bedroom had a slightly firmer mattress but the bed was smaller. The location is great! Quiet and peaceful golf course. I have stayed in this same community before but on the ground floor level with a more updated unit. My overall score would be a 3.5 out of 5 for all things considered.

We had a great stay. Easy check in and out, and good communication from the host. The unit was perfectly clean, well equipped, and extremely convenient to both the golf courses we were playing, as well as good restaurants. If we can, we’ll be back!

Very quiet and peaceful. The place had everything we could possibly need for an effortless experience. I had never used vrbo before so had some challenges with communication. Learned at the very end of our stay that it was a lot easier to have the host text me directly. She was great!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay—the view out back is beautiful and really makes the space feel special. The property could use a bit of updating, particularly the carpet, and a few amenities (like the bottled water mentioned) weren’t provided. We also noticed there were no additional garbage bags available. That said, it was a good value for the price and a pleasant place to stay.
