Nice place plenty of parking an overhead light in the shower would be nice but definitely not a deal breaker neighbors are really nice and deer in the yard every morning and evening was a plus

Overnight stay for fishing trip

The property was excellent, plenty of parking and super clean. The host was excellent with communications and I’ll definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone for a trip to Westfield or Barcelona.

Great little house in Westfield that was central to anywhere we needed to be, Very clean and quiet. The firepit was set up for our use. Boneta was very communicative and helpful. Definitely would stay here again while traveling.

Very Welcoming

After a 700 mile drive, I opened the door of this rental and immediately my stress lowered. I appreciated all the things there I would have enjoyed in my own house after a long journey.

The apartment is clean and well appointed. Owner was available for all questions and/or issues. Should we be in the area again, we would definitely return. The only drawback for us, and we are seniors, was that there was no railing on the staircase going up to the bedrooms.

Cute, cozy little house. Stayed for the night had everything you would need even little bottles of shampoo and conditioner. We went on a pretty warm day(mid summer)the downstairs was a little warm but the rooms upstairs had a.c. units which helped. House was very close to wineries and a cute a little town. Boneta was quick to respond and easy to deal with. Thank you for sharing your home

This property was close to everything! Perfect for a couple looking to unwind and enjoy the Erie Wine Trail. The fire pit was a bonus for making s’mores. Local restaurants were great! Communication with the owner was a breeze.

I normally wouldn't leave a review when its bad because i believe if you have nothing nice to say don't say it at all, but unfortunately the frustration, that I endured was too much to excuse. This weekend that I spent at this property is supposed to be a fun, enjoyable, softball weekend, but instead, I had to wait two hours to get into this host's property. I texted , called over 6 times (and was put to voicemail) and even contacted VRBO. When I arrived at this property, I did not have an email with the code to the home.So I could not get in. This is after a day of cooking and baking for our softball team and I needed to put the food in the fridge desperately after the hour ride . But unfortunately, the host wouldn't answer the phone or get back to me. So I could not do that. I had to take my daughter to her softball game and sit in the car, so the food wouldn't spoil for the two hours. When the host finally decided to respond, she blamed it on the app. Not working, even though she was able to contact me up until that point without any issues. I had to leave my daughter's game to go put the food in the fridge, which means I could not watch her, which was the whole reason I was there. And also, the host never tried to rectify the issue.And just blamed it on the app issue. The home was fine for what we needed it for which was a fridge , somewhere to shower and sleep. But the customer service sucked!

The house was very cute and cozy and very clean. The Queen bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed mornings with coffee in the well manicured yard and a great fire in the evening. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. The house is centrally located to many great restaurants, wineries, distilleries and breweries. We will definitely stay here again.
