This is a fantastic house for those who want to spread out a little bit. We were grandparents with Littles. Definitely room for everyone. A fantastic pool with a gate and a lovely yard right next to it. A walkable park is nearby. Nearby restaurants, and grocery stores. Great owner to work with!

Excellent location lovely home

We were a family of 10 adults. We had 4 couples and 2 young adults. The bedrooms accommodated us very nicely. The location was great for golf at Wigwam Golf resort. We were in town for the Fiesta Bowl and found the distance to State Farm Arena perfect. We would definitely rent again. Directions and info from Brian were a nice help.

This home was exactly what we needed for a Thanksgiving get away with friends. We were in Phoenix for the Cardinals game. The location to the stadium was perfect! The pool was fantastic, nice and warm, as promised! We had a hard time getting the kids to leave the pool.

Beautiful and spacious

A beautiful home that is very well equipped. It had more than ample room for the 8 of us to spread out and enjoy the time visiting for our daughter's graduation. The pool and yard was an added benefit. Very clean and well kept. We found ourselves spending a lot of quality time just enjoying the time together in such a nice setting.Highly recommended.

Tennis trip

this house is huge but more set up for a family and not a group of women. 2 bd’s have private ba which leaves the other 3 rooms to share 1 bath. The pool is nice and big but the weather was too cold when we were there. Very clean and comfortable.

Great house

We had 6 adults and 4 small children staying in this house, and it was perfect for our needs. It was great having the safety fence around the pool so we didn't have to worry. The rooms are great size, with huge closets. Lots of close attractions like a zoo, multiple parks, and airport which was great to see the F-35's flying for a cooler day activity. The heated pool was also perfect with its ledge for the littles to play on. We enjoyed many nights sitting around the fire. We will be back if we travel to Phoenix again.

Large and comfy with some issues.

Large, Comfy home. Small bag of trash was in hall upstairs when we arrived. Overall cleanliness was fine. A couple of the bathtubs need a deep cleaning. Found the heating system uneven with some rooms hot when others were cold.

Hi Roger, we're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall, though we're sorry that some aspects didn’t meet your expectations. After reviewing your feedback with the owner, they’d like to share the following:-Regarding the trash bag in the hall, it appears the housekeeper inadvertently missed it while preparing for your arrival. We will make sure to address this to prevent it from happening in the future.-The tubs are being replaced due to the worn finish, though they were not actually unclean. Both will be upgraded promptly.-The heating and cooling system operates separately for the upstairs and downstairs, which may not have been clear when adjusting the temperature. It’s possible this setup was unfamiliar to the guest. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our guests and take pride in welcoming many more, as reflected by the positive feedback we consistently receive.

Family Getaway

Took the family to Arizona for a baseball game. House was set up perfectly for families! Large spacious living areas with plenty of seating. Bedrooms with perfect setups for various family members. The gated pool allowed for hours of family fun! It was conveniently located to food, shopping, and entertainment. We would definitely recommend this home to friends and look forward to staying again on our next visit!!
