Enjoy a spacious open-concept living area, a fully stocked kitchen, and a private backyard with a pool, hot tub, grill, fire pit, and deck. WiFi included. The perfect Fredericksburg getaway!



The Space:

Welcome to Maverick’s Manor, a beautifully restored 1917 cottage just four blocks from Fredericksburg’s Main Street. This spacious home offers four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half bath, comfortably sleeping up to ten guests with two king beds, two queen beds, and two twin beds. Whether you're planning a family getaway, a friends' trip, or a work retreat, Maverick’s Manor provides the perfect setting.



Inside, you’ll find a massive open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for gathering, relaxing, and entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy time together. Each bedroom offers ample space to unwind, making it easy for everyone to spread out and feel at home.



Step outside to your own private backyard oasis. The secluded outdoor area features a refreshing pool, relaxing hot tub, a grill for evening cookouts, a spacious deck, and a cozy fire pit—perfect for winding down after a day of exploring the Hill Country. With WiFi, central heating and air, and all the modern comforts you need, Maverick’s Manor is your ideal home base for a memorable Fredericksburg stay. Please note, no pets are allowed.

Communication with the host was fantastic. The house was well stocked with supplies and very clean. The layout is great for large groups with plenty of room for cooking and socializing. The backyard was a perfect combination of sun and shade through out the day. I would book it again!!

Great spacious house with all the amenities. Everything about this house is great to enjoy for a large family or with friends. Conveniently located walking distance to Main Street (Haubtstrasse) and the main square. Pool and spa are spotless and ready to enjoy.

If you are looking for a home in Fredericksburg, this home is perfect. We were minutes from the main street and very close to the best coffee shops. The home itself is beautiful. It was very clean and organized and had everything you would need in a kitchen. Although we didn't use the pool, the backyard was immaculate. This house was a perfect choice and we will definitely use it again when we return to Fredericksburg. The owners gave us all the information we needed and were happy with our stay.

We stayed two nights (checked in Sunday at 4 pm & out Tuesday at 11 am) and during our stay we encountered these issues: 1) pool was dirty and water level was low 2) the neighbor threaten to call the city because the garbage trash was overflowing when we checked in (nice welcoming, huh?) 3) door knob in master bedroom was loose and could not be locked 4) second bedroom door knob also loose and friend was locked inside her room due to the loose knob 5) When the sink stopper was removed it let out a sewage smell that penetrated through the house. We did reach out to Joe and informed him of the pool issues and he did send someone to clean it the next day. So take this as you wish... As for us, we won’t be renting this place ever again.

We have a professional pool company that services the pool on a weekly schedule. However, conditions such as weather, heavy use, or debris can occasionally affect the pool between visits. As soon as you notified us of the issue, we had the pool service team return to clean and service it right away so you could enjoy it during your stay. We're also sorry to hear about your interaction with a neighbor. We've never had previous issues reported with our neighbors, and while that situation was unfortunately outside of our control, we understand how uncomfortable it must have been. We truly appreciate you bringing the maintenance items to our attention, including the door knobs and the odor from the sink. We've shared these concerns with our maintenance team so they can be addressed promptly. Guest feedback is invaluable to us, as it helps us identify and resolve issues that may arise between routine inspections. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving the experience for future guests.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. It had all the amenities needed. You know how you rent a place and they won’t have this or that you have to run to the store and pick it up? This house had everything it was very clean very well appointed and very comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Just got home from a quick girls trip with 8 friends. The house was so nice- the beds were comfortable, the home was clean, and we loved the openness in the living/kitchen area! We had a minor issue with some wasp nests when we arrived- I contacted the owner and someone was there within the hour to take care of the issue. We used the hot tub and the pool and both were wonderful. Beautiful home, nice quiet street, we would stay again for sure!

This house was the BEST!!!! Hopefully, I’ll get to stay here again! We had 8 ladies that all celebrated our 70th birthdays this year…. Some of us started kindergarten together and ALL graduated high school together…. Perfect place to sit around and reminisce…. Either in the comfy living area or on the patio or in the pool!!! Highly, highly recommend this jewel!!!!
