The great room area and kitchen were amazing for our family to congregate and be together, the theatre was fun & comfortable for movie nights.... however this is a beautiful home that could really use some TLC. Nothing big, but too many little things like..trash was full on arrival, dead potted plants inside, broken tiles/pots in the back and side yards, torn screens & the garage needs a Serious sweep out, for this you hope for decent linens (we went to TJMaxx and left all 4 sets we bought so this might be covered), the dishwasher was broken, the island sink seal peeling, and the AC was inconsistent... (a very complicated system, some rooms were 55 and others almost 80, we never could get it sorted)The host was fairly responsive, but all in all - until they post they've cleaned up and fixed things, I unfortunately can't recommend. :P

We understand that you've probably never stayed in a $1.4M Home and you don't know how to act right. The High End Dishwasher works perfectly and in a 8000 sq ft 3 Level House, yes the AC temperature will differ! You need to stay at a Hotel until you can learn to appreciate a VRBO home.

Very nice spacious property surrounded by scenic mountains. Kitchen and 1st floor are great We had 15 people total and plenty of amenities for older children to adults. The second floor balcony sit out is really nice but the patio furniture needs a refresh on the seat cushions . The only other amenity I would suggest is an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi.

We had to cancel our trip two days before our anticipated arrival due to some life threatening medical issues with both my husband AND my father that landed them both in the hospital and their doctor advised them to not travel. I sent a message not asking for a refund, but just letting them know that we would not be able to come and apologizing for the late response. I wanted them to be able to cancel our stay in case they wanted to rent it out to someone else. I never received a response, but instead received messages throughout the week asking how our check-in went and also the check-out rules. Each time I would refer back to my message about what had happened and never received any sort of acknowledgment. Again, I was not asking for a refund or even sympathy , but was simply trying to be courteous. With it being such a difficult time for our family, I would expect some sort of "thank you for letting us know", but instead we were ignored.

Your review is a joke, you wanted us to cancel so you could get a Full Refund as if the Host cancels then you would get a Full Refund. Nice Try!
