Property is nice and was clean and if your in Destin then the Mediterraneana is the best place to stay. Our only complaint was we had no WiFi for most of our stay. We were disturbed numerous times and by the end of our stay I was getting annoyed. Other than that we had a great time.

July 4 getaway

Property was amazing and will definitely stay there again! Absolutely my favorite condo I have stayed in in Florida. Location was perfect. The fees from vrbo are ridiculous & will go through them directly next time.

We have stayed at many condos in the Mediterranea and this condo was updated and very clean. I appreciated having double beds in the guest bedrooms and the condo actually came with more than I expected; beach towels, laundry pods, trash bags, etc. Some condos are completely bare so this was helpful. The views were amazing. We came on a holiday weekend and the beach was insanely crowded (even the private beach) and the pool had smokers and loud music. Not the fault of our condo management but it took away from the peaceful respite it has been in the past. The answer is probably to avoid a holiday weekend, I do wish management of the Mediterranea would monitor the pool area more closely, though. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Wonderful experience at Mediterranea

We enjoyed very much our week at this home away from home! The pool, beach access and overall property are stunningly beautiful. This dwelling is well furnished, well cared for and comfortable for the whole family. Property manager Newman-Dailey was responsive and helpful with the few questions that we had. We would recommend this home and Newman-Dailey to everyone who is looking forward to an amazing experience on the Emerald Coast.

Love Mediterranea

We had a great time at this condo. This was the second time my family and I stayed here but not in the same room. This is a very clean property and well-secured. The only problem with this particular room (310) this time was that the Wifi would not connect. We called the property managers, and they had someone come out to reset it. This happened twice. Not sure what was going on there, but overall we had a really great time. I would definitely recommend staying at this property on your next trip to the beach! We certainly will! :)

Love Mediterreanea and this condo is tops!

We loved the view from the balcony of this unit. The kitchen equipment was rather sparse -- but we made do. Usually, it would be no problem, but with the pandemic, we didn't go out to eat very much. The brand-new washer was terrific. We spent lots of time in the pool, and at the beach, so we washed a ton of towels. It handled it like a champ. The decor was fresh and everything was spotless upon our arrival.

Beautiful Condo

We loved our stay, the condo was furnished nicely and the complex is never that crowded. Large pool and short walk across the street to the Beach. We will definitely stay again.

We LOVED our condo! Unit 310D was lovely, had ocean views from every room, and was immaculate. We had trouble with Wifi and getting the dryer working and the management was RIGHT ON IT. Within minutes they came over and made sure everything was working (it turned out to be user error ;-). I was there with my grandkids and daughter-in-law. We had two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a sofa bed. It was roomy, the sofa bed was super comfortable for the kids, and the beach was easily accessible with just a walk across the street. I didn't swim but my family told me the pool was heated which they counted as a big plus. Thanks for a great time!
