Enjoy two heated pools and a relaxing hot tub—the front pool is ideal for kids with visibility from the kitchen and main living areas, while the rear pool offers a peaceful escape. The property offers scenic lake access for enjoying the water, fishing, kayaking, and lake views. Whether relaxing poolside or soaking in the peaceful surroundings, this home offers an unforgettable getaway. As you arrive at this exceptional property, one of two paved driveway entrances welcomes you to a breathtaking setting with a stunning fountain, pristine landscaping, and lush palms that provide privacy and tranquility.

The property offers secure storage for a boat or RV behind a tall white privacy fence. After a full day of fun or relaxation, unwind in one of two beautiful swimming pools. The front pool, visible from the kitchen and main living areas, includes an attached hot tub, while the rear pool offers a peaceful, adults-only retreat with paved access toward the ski lake. Both pools and the hot tub are heated and available upon request for an additional fee.

The chef’s kitchen is a true culinary haven, featuring top-of-the-line KitchenAid appliances, including an oversized refrigerator and freezer. The expansive outdoor areas are ideal for relaxing or enjoying quality time with family.

The thoughtfully designed first floor includes formal living and dining rooms, a wet bar, an updated kitchen, and a comfortable family room. The primary bedroom features French doors that open to both pools, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. A well-appointed laundry room adds everyday convenience.

One of the things I enjoy most about this home is the peaceful setting. Nestled on beautiful Lake Fairy in Longwood, the neighborhood offers a quiet, residential atmosphere while still being just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and everyday conveniences. The property feels like a private retreat, with mature trees, lake views, and plenty of space to relax. The home has direct lake access, making it a great place to enjoy kayaking, boating, fishing, or simply watching the sunset over the water.

I also love how close we are to some of Longwood's favorite local spots. Reiter Park is perfect for a morning walk, playground time, or one of the city's community events. If you enjoy exploring, the charming Longwood Historic District offers local history, unique architecture, and seasonal events. For nature lovers, the nearby Wekiva Island and surrounding Wekiva River area are fantastic for paddleboarding, kayaking, and enjoying Florida's natural beauty. The neighborhood strikes a wonderful balance between peaceful lakeside living and easy access to Orlando attractions, making it a great place to unwind after a day of adventure.
