Had the most excellent time at our rental. This place was cozy, comfortable and very clean. We had lots of space and the best part of the house was the location. You are at the end of a street, so you have privacy in the backyard. We loved seeing deer every morning and every evening. They were so beautiful. The house is very close to downtown, so it was convenient. Our dog was welcome, and she loved the house and yard as well. We will absolutely be back!

It was amazing! The house looks exactly like in the pictures. We saw deer and wild turkeys in the front and back yard. We didn’t spend much time in the property but when we did we were very comfortable. Kathy was very sweet and supportive as well.

Disappointed with this property and the management. The outdoor furniture was very dirty, outdoor lights were broken, and the "dog friendly" yard had major gaps and a missing panel. Our dogs are well behaved, but you never know what type of animal will enter through the 4 foot wide opening. Additionally, when we tried to turn the tv on the remote didn't work. We asked the management for batteries and ended up having to pay to have them delivered with DoorDash. The management company did not offer to do this. For the price of this property, I would expect the single tv to work. Additionally, there were no tissues in the bathrooms, overall I felt like this stay was extremely over priced for the service and care of the property. We love Paso, but will choose to stay elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We take guest concerns seriously and would like to clarify a few points. When you reported that the TV remote batteries were not working, our team offered to purchase and personally deliver replacement batteries to the property the following morning. Before we were able to do so, you chose to order batteries through DoorDash. We regret any inconvenience, but assistance was offered promptly. Regarding the outdoor lighting and furniture, we appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. We have since inspected the property and addressed any maintenance and cleaning concerns identified. As for the yard, the property is advertised as dog-friendly, but we understand that different guests have different expectations regarding fencing and pet containment. We encourage guests traveling with pets to contact us before booking if they have specific fencing requirements so we can help determine whether a property is the right fit. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for every guest and are disappointed that we fell short for you. Your comments have been shared with our team as we continue to improve both the property and guest experience. We wish you the very best in your future travels and appreciate your visit to Paso Robles.
