Welcome to your perfect coastal escape! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront home offers stunning water views, a private boardwalk to the sand, and all the comforts of home. Located in the quiet, scenic Coffin Point community, just minutes from Hunting Island State Park, it's the ideal spot for relaxation and adventure. This home accommodates six guests max.

The spacious primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and serene water views. The two guest bedrooms include a queen bed and two twin beds, sharing a full hall bath with a shower/tub combo.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a cozy open-concept living and dining area. The sun-filled front room is the perfect place to sip coffee and take in the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Step outside to the deck overlooking the coast, perfect for lounging after a day at the beach.

Perfect location convenient to the beach and nearby towns and restaurants. Easy check-in with plenty of notice of door codes, etc. Sofas and beds were all so comfortable which seems hard to find lately on VRBO rentals. TV and internet were great. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

The location is amazing- peaceful, relaxing and steps from the house to the beach. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and the beds were quite comfortable. The sunroom is absolutely the best room in the house with clear views of the beach, and sunrises and sunsets. The beach itself is nice but does have a lot of washed up reeds and a ton of shells. This was not mentioned at all in the listing but there are MASSIVE oyster beds along the shoreline so you absolutely must wear water shoes if you get into the water. The huge oyster beds are not visible at high tide and anyone running into the ocean unaware could be seriously injured. This was not an issue for us as we did not get into the water, but please be aware. We were here to relax and unwind and the beach was perfect for that. The bathrooms were very clean but are both tiny and could use some updates. The same could be said for the kitchen, but we didn’t do a lot of cooking and it was fully equipped and had all the additional appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely go back!
