Villa Alba Chiara è una bella villa tradizionale in pietra di 250 m2 a due piani in Calcidica, in Grecia, a 7 km dalla porta del Sacro Monte di Athos, con un'architettura monastica, una vista panoramica sul mare di fronte all'isola Ammouliani, un esclusivo 90 m2 privato piscina, immersa in fiori, pini, ulivi, limoni e aranci, in una tenuta di 15.000 m2.
All'interno, la villa è composta da un ampio soggiorno con TV satellitare e internet, zona pranzo per 6-10 prs, cucina completamente attrezzata in acciaio inox con aggiunta. forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè, bar, WC, ampie verande con zona pranzo barbecue e 2 ripostigli nel terreno alluvione. Nella zona soggiorno c'è l'accesso wifi gratuito.
Al piano superiore ci sono: 1 camera matrimoniale con bagno finestrato, 4 camere da letto (3 con letti matrimoniali, 1 con 2 letti singoli), 2 bagni finestrati (1 con vasca e 1 con doccia), 1 angolo cottura (con piccolo frigorifero e lavatrice), veranda, giardino e area giochi per bambini e un gazebo con una splendida vista sul Monte Agrifoglio di Athos.
Tutte le camere sono dotate di ampi armadi, zanzariere e condizionatori d'aria. Nella camera da letto principale c'è un divano letto aggiuntivo per dormire un bambino e un altro è in una delle camere matrimoniali. Un ulteriore fouton per un bambino può essere collocato in una terza stanza.
Acqua calda fornita da riscaldatori solari ed elettrici. Sono inoltre forniti biancheria da letto, asciugamani, ferro e asse da stiro. La biancheria da letto e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati una volta alla settimana.
La villa è self-service e viene consegnata pulita. Pulizia aggiuntiva con un costo aggiuntivo di 40 euro / pulizia. Gli animali domestici sono ammessi dopo il consumo del proprietario.

A Wonderful Place To Stay

We were well looked after by our hosts who checked we were happily installed, with everything we needed, and were available if we had any questions, but were never intrusive. The house was excellent, clean, with plenty of space. The pool was outstanding. The beach is also close by

Fantastic villa

This is one of the best holiday villas I’ve stayed in. The house is tastefully furnished and well-equipped. The view of the sea from the terrace is stunning. The pool is huge with a small diving board - the kids had so much fun using it. We made pizza in the pizza oven and also used the BBQ. The internet connection is a bit slow but it shouldn’t matter - read a book by the pool or on the terrace and turn off your devices! The ferry to Ammouliani is a 10 minute walk away and well worth the trip for the day; eat at Amelliti’s place if you can. We also drove to Ouranopouli, hired boats from Lampou (a great family firm) and spent a lovely day sailing around Drenia and Ammouliani islands. Nea Roda is a pretty little seaside town with lots of restaurants overlooking the sea and a relaxed vibe. Ierissos has good-sized Masoutis and Lidl supermarkets. Lolita is a very responsive host who has a strong personal connection with the property and clearly cares deeply about it. When we realised that the TV was on the blink she had a new one delivered the same day. The grounds and pool are cleaned daily. All in all a lovely and relaxing week and great value for money.

Beautifully rural location

The villa looked lovely online and even better in real life. It’s spacious with a large downstairs lounge area, with ample seating. Lots of eating areas inside and out. We loved the wrap-around feeling facilitated by all the doors leading to the various terraces. The pool is a real asset. It’s huge, looking up to agricultural fields (the farmer even gave us a home grown watermelon). The master bedroom is wonderful with its own door to the top terrace, leading round to the pool where I swam most mornings. The other bedrooms are well-appointed. When we had a few hiccups, Lolita was very responsive and made sure that everything ran smoothly for us. Sad not to meet her. Iosif the caretaker, came every day to check everything was as it should be. The villa location was very quiet as was this peninsula of Halkidiki. It is dominated by many stunning monasteries all the way down the coast (boat trip recommended). The small town of Oranoupoli is 15 mins away where you can find many organised boat rides. You can walk to the smalll town of Nea Roda on the other side of the peninsula via the back of the villa The island of Ammouliani is 15 minutes away by ferry at the bottom of the drive. Well worth a visit for sandy beaches. We had 4 days of bad weather sadly, but we had books, games and WiFi! I would recommend this special villa which maintains its rustic feel. About 1hr.40mins drive from Thessaloniki. Thank you Lolita…

Great for younger grown-ups

This property is in a beautiful location, with gorgeous views and a lovely big pool (though, as expected, it’s very cold water in May so bring wetsuits if you wish to swim). However, we were a large group with four 3 year olds and we found the house and grounds quite scary in parts with steep slopes, lots of external sharp stone stairways with no rails and sheer drops with no rails in places. Our 3 year old son also found a rusty scalpel blade and multiple old nails around the house and balcony. The house interior was a little dated but was very well maintained and clean, however the beds were really uncomfortable and at times the water was luke warm and on one occasion didn’t work at all. The kitchen was very minimally equipped and we had to ask for chopping boards - which were provided very quickly which was great - but we didn’t want to keep pestering for all the items that were actually needed for preparing a decent meal (such as chopping knives, baking trays, plastic glasses and plates for kids and by the pool, dust pan and brush, drying rack, a larger toaster, extra plug sockets as there’s only one, and plenty of varied utensils). We made do but it wasn’t ideal. This house is possibly best suited to a group of 20-somethings with no children who intend to eat out most nights, or older families if they upgrade the mattresses and add all the above kitchen bits. Even with all of the above, the communication with the host was fantastic and she really helped fix the serious things when they weren’t working (which was a little more often than I would have liked). All in all, we had a lovely holiday with lots of gorgeous beaches to explore in the area - however we wouldn’t go back to this house as the beds were just too uncomfortable and the environment too stressful with small kids.

We are strongly committed to our guests' comfort and aim for their relaxing vacation in our beautiful villa. The majority of our guests are young family groups with small children. In our profile, you can find all the information - photos included - regarding our villa; it is a traditional stone villa on a hill, immersed in a huge garden of 15.000 m2 in the middle of the country. It has been totally renovated three years ago, and every year it is updated with all the necessary kitchen, bathroom, etc equipment, and accessories. Regarding the "serious things" (2 actually), we once again apologize for the missing chopping board (due to our yearly update it was not replaced by mistake) and the half-an-hour water lack, due to an outside burned switch because of a heavy storm that was fixed immediately. We thank you once again for your valuable comments; they help us become better for our future guests! Have a nice rest of vacation.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa und die Kommunikation mit Lolita war top! Bei Nachfragen wurde uns unverzüglich geholfen. Wir haben 10 sorgenfreie Tage in der Villa verbringen dürfen und haben insbesondere den genialen Pool genossen. Die Lage der Villa ist super, allerdings ist ein Mietauto wichtig, wenn man die schönen Strände der Gegend aufsuchen möchte. Tripiti mit seinem Hafen ist nicht der ideale Badeort aber es ist sehr praktisch, einen kurzen Weg zur Fähre und somit für einen Kurztrip nach Ammouliani zu haben. Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen und waren bestimmt auch selbst nicht das letzte Mal hier!

I love its sea view from the hill, the green gardens around and mostly the hudge pool immersed in pine trees. In the surroundings you can enjoy fresh fish or traditional greek cuisine, clear waters, comfortable beach bars or isolated beaches, sea sports, long walks, ancient sight seeing. You just choose what you like most or do all of them!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

You can enjoy privacy and relax in its 15.000 m2 gardens, away from other properties but just 100 m from the sea. The view of the sea and the islands in front is unique. You will surely appreciate the privacy of our 90 m2 pool which is all yours to enjoy with your friends and family!
