La struttura si trova sulla cima di 2 ettari di terreno boschivo in un ambiente molto tranquilla con splendida vista sul villaggio di Fayence. Giù per la collina è un piccolo fiume dove è possibile fare il bagno e picnic durante l'estate.
Piscina riscaldata a sfioro (11x6 m ossigeno pulito) con mobili in teak e due tavoli da pranzo esterni separati per un massimo di 10 persone. Impianto di Barbecue.
4 camere da letto con bagni in marmo e servizi igienici, ampio soggiorno e sala da pranzo con cucina moderna americana (completamente attrezzata con forno, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchina per il ghiaccio, grande frigorifero, ...). WIFI, telefono, fax, stampante, cassaforte e TV a schermo piatto in ogni camera. L'intera struttura è dotata di aria condizionata.
La decorazione è un elegante mix di 18 ° secolo mobili provenzali e attrezzature moderne e dipinti. Si prega di notare che le camere da letto matrimoniali ha diverse pitture erotiche.
La struttura è situata a metà strada tra i borghi medievali di Fayence e Seillans che vantano molti ottimi ristoranti.

A beautiful villa overlooking Fayence and the surrounding countryside. It was very well equipped with everything we needed for an excellent stay. The pool was lovely and there was an excellent selection of outdoor furniture for groups up to 8 people. There were only two of us this time, but we would happily come back with friends or family.

An incredibly beautiful house in Fayence, with the most stunning views!Spotlessly clean, and so well equipped for everything you need. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant.As a family of four and one dog, we had the most amazing holiday enjoying this house. The pool was perfect, and one of our favourite parts was having family meals overlooking the scenic hills of Fayence - something we will never forget!We very much hope to return one day to this gorgeous house!

The house was really beautiful - we enjoyed it so much we rarely left it during our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed - except an oven glove, which would have been useful. We loved the pool, the garden, the view of Fayence and the outside dining table. Do NOT use IMaps or Google maps to get there - it will take you on a wild goose chase up a road from which there is no exit. Follow Alain's instructions. A better description for what I think Alain called a 'paved driveway' (I don't have his instructions with me to double check this) would be a mostly tarmac road and the house is right at the end of this (1km or so?).

The Communication with Alain was perfect, the property is one of the best we had so far. Very clean inside and outside, beautiful Pool, Garden and a stunning view. We are gonna come back when possible. Thank you so much for this experience

Our second visit - even better than first

This property is as good as it comes in the rental market. The views are wonderful, the swimming pool is excellent, first class kitchen with induction stove. Air conditioning very effective & efficient. All bedrooms on same level as living area except one makes it perfect for older visitors. Grounds immaculately maintained, and the property manager especially helpful.

Perfect in every way

A fantastic spot. The photos and description are accurate with that great 'wow' factor that you hope for. The customer service was efficient and always delivered. It was spotless upon arrival with a thorough weekly clean. The location is outstanding and the local villages offer excellent restaurants, cafes and shops. If you are looking for an action packed holiday there is plenty to offer with local lakes, gliding and golf.

The instructions to find the property need to be clearer. We were grateful to Johanna for all her help. The villa is high spec & very well equipped & tastefully furnished & decorated. Lovely views from all around the property & stunning planting In the extensive garden. Johanna was proactive in dealing with the couple of problems we incurred. The infinity heated pool is a real asset to the property. We had a great time.

Amazing stay in this beautiful house

Amazing house with stunning view. Luxury materials, decorations and furnitures. Well equipped kitchen with high standard on everything. Quite and peaceful area. A place to relax. we hardly left the house other than buying groceries. We were a family of 5 and didn't use one of the bedrooms so lots of space. We couldn't wish for anything more in this beautiful house.

Splendid Location

As others have stated the highlight of Alain’s house are the views and the many wonderful outside seating areas. This Is not to minimize the inside of the house, but what made this house truly special for us was the outside. The other highlight was the restaurant at the beginning of the road up to the house - we had three delightful meals there. And for us the willingness of Alain and Johanna to accommodate the special requests we had made our stay at the house possible. We want to thank them for their flexibility. Finally, Johanna was a delight to deal with during the four weeks we spent at the house.

Splendid isolation!

A group of 8 adults, we spent a very happy week in the villa. The house is as advertised and is nicely furnished and well equipped, with stunning views, attractive gardens. and a good size pool. It is a long way from any amenities, but that's the price for privacy, peace and a vista. We enjoyed long walks from the house through the woods and down to Fayence. We also walked to the excellent Le Castellaras restaurant for dinner. Communication with Alain was excellent, with super speedy responses to any queries. One caveat, the directions to find the house were hard to follow.

Fantastic villa

This is a lovely villa in an excellent location. The pool is superb and excellently situated right in front of the villa. There is a variety of places to sit and eat outside and the gardens are very attractive and well-maintained. It' s nicely secluded and has lovely views, but is also only a few minutes from Fayence. A trip to the Val d'Iris vineyard is well worthwhile. Inside, the villa is just as good. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are comfortable. The air conditioning is a welcome benefit. This was just right for our family with three teenagers and we wouldn't hesitate to return. Communications with Alain and Johanna were easy and swift at all times, and Johanna was very helpful checking us in and during our stay.

An exceptionally beautiful property!!!

The villa is of the top standard, beauitfully decorated and everything one needs for a luxury filled holiday. We live in London and stayed there for a week in May, so it was lovely to stay there while the skies were sunny and the weather was warm enough to swim in the heated pool. Every detail has been thought out from the quality bed linens, towels, tableware, outdoor furniture all totally put together for comfort and serenity. I rate this villa extremely highly and one of the best properties we have stayed at. We have stayed at a few in Italy and around France (Dodorgne region), but this one was the best. The veiws are stunning, the infinity pool a delight to hang around in the evenings for aperatifs!!! The sightseeing was great fun, loved the nearby villages and town and Nice one hour away. We plan on renting it again for a week in 2017!!!

Great stay, wonderful view and wonderful house/pool

It is a wonderful well maintained house with every modern convenience except for a clothes dryer (need to update description on VRBO icons). It is, for North Americans, a daunting drive down a single track road but you will acclimate after a couple of days. Once you do, it is only 15 minutes to the super market in Fayence. Blazing fast broadband. Have rented in France for 20 years and this house is far and away the best we've ever rented. The pool is exceptionally well maintained, and the outside dining tables very comfortable and practical. And the best part is the exceptional quiet and the view. Great location for exploring the Var and Alpes Maritimes.

Incredible Place!

Home now after 2 amazing weeks staying with family. This house is something that extra bit special! The location is perfect despite a bit of a windy hilly road to access it but this allows the peace and tranquility that Mas des Olivettes offers. The house is perfect for all ages and 8 of us stayed there with so much space for everyone. The decor is beautiful, the kitchen well equipped, the gardens stunning and a fabulous infinity pool overlooking Fayence. We struggled to leave the house each day as it was a haven away from the hustle and bustle. Johanna was lovely and very helpful with our enquiries, the villa was cleaned on the 2nd week and left immaculate. The most amazing unforgettable part of our holiday for us all was our daily visits from the Fox. She is absolutely beautiful, very confident and loves eggs and her particular favourite brie! We hope that the next people staying enjoy feeding and chilling out with the fox as much as we have done. This home provided us with wonderful memories and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.Go on book it, you will have no regrets!

Wir hatten den perfekten Urlaub. Es könnte wirklich nicht besser gewesen sein.Ein tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage mit perfekter Aussenanlage und tollem Pool. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und alles was man benötigt vorhanden.Vielen Dank an Johanna für die gute Einweisung und die Betreuung.Man könnte noch so viel mehr erwähnen, toller Ausblick, super Betten, super Klimatisierung, etc. etc.. We verbleven 3 jaar geleden ook al in dit huis en wederom hebben we een fantastische tijd gehad. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van airco en er zijn voldoende schaduwplekken om het huis. (Erg prettig tijdens de hittegolf.)Het huis is smaakvol ingericht en de keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het zwembad is heerlijk en de ligbedden comfortabel.Het huis was smetteloos schoon en de communicatie met house manager Johanna verliep erg prettig.Kortom, een aanrader!

toch al verschillende malen een vakantiewoning gehuurd in Frankrijk en nog nooit was de woning zo proper én goed uitgerust. Vooral in de keuken was alles aanwezig ! Meer dan voldoende mooie glazen, hele mooie en verschillende serviezen, bestek, keukenapparatuur, een grote Weber gasbbq, enz....de villa is heel praktisch en met oog voor detail ingericht. Alles is er heel netjes.mooie slaapkamers met annex badkamer en toilet.de ontvangst van Johanna met de nodige uitleg is perfect verlopen.er zijn voldoende ligbedden a het zwembad, verschillende terrasjes (zon/schaduw) met voldoende zitplaatsen ... het zwembad en de tuin zijn ook proper onderhouden.het enige minpunt is een beetje de toegangsweg tot de villa. Vermits de woning op een heuvel is gelegen is het een 10-tal minuutjes rijden (naar boven of naar beneden) maar het lukt wel als je voorzichtig rijdt. Positief is dan wel dat je een schitterend uitzicht op de vallei en Fayence hebt ! Zalig om zo 's morgens op te staan en te ontbijten .... en uiteraard de rust daar. zeker een adres waar wij hopen eens terug te keren ? ter info : wij waren met 4 bevriende koppels in de leeftijd tussen 60 - 70 jaar.
