Welcome to our Orleans retreat—perfect for families and groups looking for fun, relaxation, and convenience. This spacious home features 4 bedrooms: 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 bunk beds (1 full and 3 twin), plus 2.5 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Central air conditioning keeps things cool all summer.

Kids and adults alike will love the HUGE game room with a pool table, ping pong, and foosball. The house is tucked in a quiet, wooded area yet just minutes from the best of Cape Cod—walk to nearby lake beaches, or drive just 10 minutes to the ocean and bay. Close to the town of Orleans for shops, restaurants, and groceries.

Enjoy meals on the deck, rinse off sandy toes in the outdoor shower, and unwind together in multiple indoor living spaces. Whether you're biking the nearby trails, exploring Nauset Beach, or catching the sunset at the bay, this Orleans getaway is built for making Cape Cod memories.

Tucked between Pilgrim Lake, Crystal Lake, and the waters of Pleasant Bay, this quiet peninsula in East Orleans offers the best of both worlds—serene inland lakes for calm paddling or swimming, and easy access to Nauset Beach and Skaket Beach for ocean adventures and sunsets.

We chose this location because it’s truly a place where you can unwind. Whether you're listening to the birds in the morning, kayaking through glassy waters, or stargazing at night with barely any light pollution, it’s a rare and special Cape experience. The neighborhood is uncrowded and peaceful, yet you're only minutes from ice cream, markets, and restaurants in town.

It’s been the perfect setting for family memories over the years, and we’re thrilled to share it with guests who are looking for that same Cape Cod magic.
