ALL UTILITIES & WIFI INCLUDED IN PRICE FULLY FURNISHED/NEWLY UPDATED /SHORT OR LONG TERM RENTAL
(* There is an additional $300.00 refundable pet fee if the home is returned in the same cleanliness as it was received. meaning no excessive pet hair or evidence of pets in the home & that ther is NO pet waste left in the yard. we tried to not have a cleaning fee and this deposit but unfortunately guests took advantage. when I say I was scrubbing walls for days I am not exaggerating! I have 2 dogs & 3 cats myself, I guess we can't expect everyone to have respect for other people's homes. anyhow its refundable if above terms are met! )

Also covered front patio with outdoor seating. home is fully furnished with brand new mattresses and fully equipped with the basics kitchen to meet your cooking needs and a coffee bar stocked for your convince.
we have OUTDOOR cameras for your safety covering the front and back entrance. Well lit, quiet and safe neighborhood. walking distance to KEY VISTA NATURE PARK, BEACH, WALKING & BIKE TRAIL. (about 2.2 mile walk from the house) and so much more.
We are near major hospitals like Bay care/ADVENT/ TAMPA GENERAL & ALSO 30/40 min from Tampa/ Clearwater BEACH/St Petersburg BEACH / Largo/Spring Hill & 10/20 to New Port Ricci /Trinity & Tarpon Springs/Dundien we are located 5 to 15 min to Anclote beach/ Howard park/ Sun Set Beach / Honeymoon Island / key vista nature park & Anclote bike trail /Tarpon sponge docks and so much more! Less than 5 min to Rt 19 & several supermarkets /cvs/ Walgreens and many restaurants and nite life (also within walking distance) We are centrally-located!

Since we DON'T charge a cleaning fee please return the home in the same condition you received it, That doesn't mean you have to make the beds or do laundry, but I shouldn't be taking 14hrs to clean.
Garage is Off limits, only time the garage can be accessed, ONLY if u are using washer & dryer, bathroom in garage doesn't work please DO NOT use or you will be charged for any plumbing fee incurred!
CHECKING OUT PUT AC TO 78° everyone seems to forget. ALSO when not home Please shut lights & leave the AC @ 76° its a new AC the house cools quickly. (Guests with pets Please refer to pet rules)
