Each bedroom has its own vanity, large closets, and charging station. The kitchen is designed for both beauty and functionality. Featuring new appliances, ample cabinet space stocked for your convenience, this practical kitchen has everything you need for those who enjoy cooking. Our outdoor space provides additional amenities, including a sectional and firepit that are the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stars. Additionally, you will have an outdoor grill, griddle, and prep station fully stocked with more dinnerware for outdoor entertaining. Did we mention all the outdoor games and T.V.! Our location is one of our favorite parts about the home. At the Robin you are just steps from downtown Waterloo making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and bars.

This was an absolutely beautiful property with so much attention to detail! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have stayed in at a property rental. The supplies and linens were all great quality. We will definitely rent this property again when we return ti the area.

Beautifully appointed home in quaint downtown Waterloo, IL. Everything you would ever need for a stay away from home! The host was quick to respond to texts. Highly recommend the Robin!

Excellent property with comfortable furniture, premium linens and fluffy towels. There were fresh flowers everywhere and fresh sage and bath salts in the bathrooms. The house was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, coffee, etc. The backyard was ideal for relaxing or entertaining. We were extremely comfortable and very happy with our stay. This host is truly amazing and we highly recommend this property.

This is such a cute, comfortable property. Nearby the courthouse with a lot of things to do within walking distance. Safe and clean town! The host was very thoughtful and puts sweet things out for her guests.. like fresh flowers, berries, and eggs! Would love to go back! Highly recommend visiting this home and town! Lots of unique history!!

Couldn’t have had a better experience! The house was super cozy, clean and comfortable. Crystal was an amazing host who was quick to respond to any communications and very polite. She even cut and placed fresh flowers through the home to make it feel special. Love, love, love. Will definitely be staying again!!

A little about me - I grew just south of Waterloo in rural Illinois. I moved to St. Louis in my early twenties and found an interest in the food and wine culture.

I later married my husband Andy who also shares the passion of entertaining - this was actually his idea to open our own rental property. We live in Lasalle Park - just 30 minutes north of Waterloo in a charming Victorian home, but enjoy returning to the slower pace of Waterloo when we can.

We have two dachshunds, Axl and Izzy. When I’m not hosting or working as a dental hygienist, I enjoy gardening and being outdoors.

The Robin offers a comfortable space with all the extra amenities. The two upstairs bedrooms both have king size beds, your own personal temperature control, charging stations at every nightstand, T.V., vanities, and are steps away from our newly renovated bathroom with a large walk in shower. The newly renovated first floor bathroom offers a large soaking tub for a relaxing experience. The living room is stocked with games and has surround sound for those who enjoy a good movie night. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything needed to quip up a quick meal or make well involved meal. The outdoor oasis offers a comfortable sectional with a firepit that is surrounded by flowers. We offer an outdoor cooking station that includes a grill, prep station, and griddle. This area includes an outdoor T.V. and plenty of extra outdoor utensils and dinnerware. There are plenty of outdoor games including giant jenga, KUBB, and yardzee! There is plenty to do at the Robin!
