With amenities like AC, soundproof walls, free and fast wifi, Netflix guests will have a tremendous stay in this lovely space. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. The location is perfect, the apartment is just a few steps away from metro line 3 and trams that run across the city centre. The river and several sights are in walking distance as well. We also offer walking tours for our guests for a special price :)

This was my first non hotel stay and it turned out to be quite lovely. It was spacious, well located and well priced. A nice home base for our 5 night stay in Budapest. Kudos to the proprietors.

Everything went well. Communication ran smoothly and they left the apartment in the same condition as they got it. We can recommend them as a guests and would love to host them again anytime.

I would highly recommend anyone think twice before booking this place with these hosts. To start, they misrepresented everything from parking to accepting service dogs free from charges. They want to nickel and dime you for everything leaving notes everywhere about what it will cost you if you don’t do something right like an adult using a hob The first time we used the bathroom the door didn’t close so no privacy. We then realized why. The drain to the shower doesn’t work so the entire shower flooded the first time using it which is why the door didn’t close. It had been wood rotting for quite some time. The hosts played dumb then telling us their “maintenance guy” was unavailable for four days. I guess us taking a shower wasn’t important to them. It also smelled of mildew in the apartment . We spent an entire day of our vacation on the phone with VRBO and Expedia trying to find a solution which wound up requiring us to have to uproot in the middle of our stay pack up all of our belongings find another place to go. That killed our fun, especially knowing that the host was aware of this problem the entire time. To make matters worse, they have little framed notifications all over the place, telling you ridiculous things like how to use a hob and the fact that you will pay €500 if you don’t follow their instructions Everything was terrible from finding parking to actually getting through the labyrinth maze of reaching the actual door to the apartment. The hosts were very attentive and provide excellent descriptions to access the apartment. The apartment was well equipped and clean.Unfortunately due to allergies and sensitivities the scented items in the apartment negatively impacted us.In addition the narrow stairs with no hand rail was difficult to navigate for seniors resulting in sleeping on the couch downstairs which was sufficient for sleeping.The apartment was a cool sanctuary in the hot weather and was well located to see all the sights.

We work really hard to satisfy our guests’ needs, try to help with any issues we can during your stay and answer questions as fast as we can. It is spacious, cool during summer, warm during winter. It is also in a great neigbourhood in the centre of Budapest with metro and tram closby. Yet the apartment itself is really quiet as it has soundproofing walls and courtyard viewing windows. The place is fully equipped, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay, even for longer periods.
