Relax and enjoy your stay in this serene home nestled in the Township of Lake of Bays, a quiet community in northeastern Muskoka, Ontario.

Just two hours north of Toronto, it’s only a 10-minute drive to Huntsville, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, groceries, gas, the LCBO, and more. The location is ideal for exploring nearby Algonquin and Arrowhead Provincial Parks, with plenty of outdoor activities and several golf courses close by, including top-tier golfing options.

This inviting cottage is designed for both comfort and entertainment. It features a 55" Smart TV to keep you connected to your favorite shows and movies, along with a selection of board games and playing cards, perfect for family bonding and fun-filled evenings. After a day full of outdoor adventures, you can relax and soothe your muscles in the hot tub or enjoy the warmth of the indoor fireplace on cooler nights.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals with ease, including a fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig coffee machine, ensuring you have all the conveniences of home at your fingertips.

Inside, you’ll find three inviting and comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with a plush queen-sized bed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Every bedroom also boasts its own private ensuite bathroom, providing added convenience and privacy during your stay.

Great, comfortable home in a very quiet location. Close to Algonquin Park and Huntsville. Fantastic screened deck which allows you to enjoy evenings outside while avoiding mosquitoes. We had a very relaxing week, and would definitely return again.

We had a great time at this Lake of Bays property. It was SO incredibly clean, modern and had tons of space. The hot tub was lovely and was covered from above making it a really nice place to be when it was raining. The screened in outdoor space was really nice for napping and outdoor dining (while avoiding bugs). For those that are into birds, there was lots of interesting birds around: flycatchers, warblers and hummingbirds. Being surrounded by trees made it feel incredibly serene and private. Would recommend!
