EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS
Many flights land early in the morning at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. For this reason we offer a half-day add on, if the calendar permits, allowing you to arrive as early as 9am! Ask about that option when booking.

LATE CHECKOUT
Not Likely. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF
Our team needs this time to prepare the home uninterrupted. Upon booking, we can offer recommendations of where to leave your luggage while you wait.

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves.

*CAN THE POOL BE HEATED?
Yes! We recommend heating the pool from October through April if you'll want to get in comfortably. Due to the high utility cost of running the pool heater, we offer this amenity as an add-on in order to keep the cost of the accommodation lower for those who do not want it. Pool heating is $50/night OR $300/week + taxes and service fees.

--> PLEASE NOTE: The Pool & Hot Tub run on the same heating system...
- If opting for pool heating, this will be on during day time hours, 10am-7pm
- The hot tub is heated opposite of the pool heater schedule, 7am-10am and 7pm-12am
- If you have opted out of pool heating and would prefer to use the hot tub during the day, please let us know, and we can adjust the run time schedule.
