The other three bedrooms each feature cozy queen beds, thoughtfully designed to offer restful sleep and privacy for all guests.
Start your mornings in the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need—from cookware and spices to a Keurig coffee maker and a variety of coffee pods, instant coffee including decaf, teas, and hot chocolate. Enjoy your meal around the six-person dining table, a great place to gather and plan your day.
When work calls, you’ll appreciate the dedicated workspace with fast, reliable Wi-Fi and convenient USB charging stations. The living room invites you to unwind on comfortable seating while streaming your favorite shows on the 4K Roku smart TV.

I chose this neighborhood and home because it’s peaceful and welcoming—a great place for families and travelers. Hopefully that will last a while, because Princeton is now the fastest growing city in the US! My son handles all of the day-to-day bookings and guest communications. He takes great care of the property and makes sure every guest has a smooth, comfortable stay. We’re excited to host you and help you feel right at home.

This neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. It’s close to Walmart and some great local restaurants like authentic Mexican spots and BBQ. Historic downtown McKinney and Lake Lavon are just a short drive away, making it a great base for exploring. We love the balance of convenience and calm here. It's close to all of the big cities nearby, but ever so slightly out of the way for that much needed peace and comfort.

Our home is family-owned and cared for with pride. It’s spacious and clean, with a king bed in the master and fast Wi-Fi for work or streaming. Having my son manage everything means guests get quick, personal support whenever they need it. We want every visitor to feel comfortable and well taken care of.
