We have stayed in many luxury rentals, and this was one of our favorites! The layout with each bedroom having an en suite, the pickleball court with a great hard surface, the grand indoor pool, and huge hot tub along with breathtaking views from the deck every single day were all fantastic. We had a group of 8 adults who all play pickleball, and we stayed for a week. Great local attractions too. It doesn’t get much better than this! Thank you!

Amazing property. Outdoor activities were a hit and the pool and hot tub were great. Easily one of the best properties we’ve stayed at in the area.

Our entire stay was great! We loved all of the amenities! And any issues along the way were handled quickly inappropriately! We were even surprised to find out that when the power went out, there was a generator on our rented house!! The pool and the hot tub were so fun! We certainly got a lot of use out of the video games, the pool table in the fire table on the back deck! We also had a lot of fun use out of the badketball/pickleball court. We had a lot of little ones with us so it was really nice when we could close the gate and I’ll stay there to play!! The views were phenomenal! We even had a rainbow appear right in front of us in the midst of the mountain and we were able to see a mama bear in her cubs wandering up the mountain! One of our best vacations yet ! Thanks for everything !

Absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The cabin was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, but the real highlight was the pool and amenities — truly top-tier. Every detail felt intentional and luxurious, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. You can tell a lot of care went into creating this space. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

This home is absolutely perfection for a family vacation. Everything in the home was high quality, and above our expectations. The host was outstanding. Any questions or comments we had or shared were answered quickly. There is so much to do for everyone in your family. We had ages 13-66 and no one was ever bored. From the outdoor sports area, to the swimming pool and swim spa to the game rooms and gourmet kitchen, you will never want to leave! The views from the deck were million dollar views. We even got to see a few bears in the backyard. We loved our vacation and our thankful for the opportunity to stay at this beautiful home! Thanks to the host and team!

This was our family’s first trip to Tennessee and it was fabulous!!! The house was roomy, clean and had all the extras you could imagine, a very large hot tub, and a beautiful pool that you don’t even get at hotels! If you don’t mind a 15-20 minute drive to the nearest touristy town, and the slightly scary drive to the top of the mountain, this is the house for you! The house by far makes up for the windy, bendy road it sits on! We enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains!!! We are from Ohio, so we are not use to these roads here in TN. We would 100% come back to this location and this house! Our host Steven was very responsive to questions or concerns! We had a Bob cat and her cubs visit from about 20 ft from the back deck, a bear in the driveway, and a raccoon on the deck. This house won’t disappoint! So much room to spread out, relax and enjoy the Smokey’s! This is a Hatcher Mountain GEM!

The house was wonderful....and so well equipped!! The space was perfect for a gathering of all of my children and grandchildren...though we did explore the area everyone would have been happy to never leave the house!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin! The views were spectacular! We enjoyed the pickle ball court/basketball court and the mini golf. The pool with the grotto and waterfalls was very cool. We spent many evenings in the swim spa relaxing. This is definitely a trip and place we will remember for years to come.
