Our family of 4 enjoyed the week at the beach. The bikes made for a perfect ride to and from the beach during the day and a nice bike ride in the afternoons or to and from dinner! We rode all over 30a, which was great to avoid the parking conundrum that usually occurs during the summer. Our dog also enjoyed the rental, we took him around the neighborhood and the walking trail. Great week, would love to rent here again!

We stayed a week with our pups. The outdoor area needed work. The rock beds had foot tall weeds which just made the backyard look a little depressing. My boyfriend used the toaster and had some black bugs or ants coming out the bottom. It was rather off putting. The shower curtain in the master needed to be replaced, the bed was comfortable and overall the cottage is really charming, it just needs a little TLC. The location is amazing, walking distance to the beach access and the trails.

The cottage is really cute inside and the beds were comfortable. The bedrooms could use some lined or blackout drapes for those who are bothered by light. The outside could use some work. Thdd Rd photos showed a cute weed free yard, but that isn’t the case now. The pool area is covered in weeds, leaves and twigs. It wouldn’t take a landscaper long to clean it up. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This little home is pet friendly, and has comfy mattresses and a super sofa.Very quiet! We walked Longleaf Trail (two blocks from the house) daily with our dog. You could walk to gulf, but we did an easy drive to another entrance. Bike to stores, restaurants or state parks on bike trail, just 5 blocks from 30aWe got e bikes delivered from YOLO for a week and could go all the way to Rosemary Beach (east). Stop by la Crema or the Havana Beach Club Bar and Grill for memorable meals.Blue Mountain Beach area has a great little grocery "For the Health of It" if you want organic basics without driving to Whole Foods.We worked, we played, we laid around inside and out. Would come again in a heartbeat. Hubby loved the pool for a cold plunge (end of October). I used the tiki hut for an outdoor office.Yuma the wonder dog gives it 4 paws (she would give more but that's all she's got!)
