My wife and I stayed here with our 2 boys (13 and 15). It’s a terrific apartment in the north of Paris. It’s walkable to the Sacre Coeure (10 minutes) and convenient to the Eiffel Tower and other tourist spots (about 30 minutes on the Metro). Great restaurants all around the neighborhood. Diane is a wonderful host and great with communication. I highly recommend this apartment.

A light, airy and very spacious apartment in a brilliant location near Place Pigalle where you are literally a 2 min walk to the metro and bus stop that takes you swiftly to all major attractions. There is every possible convenience in the apartment: quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash in a newly renovated, spacious bathroom; dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen. It was wonderful to be able to wash and dry our clothes after walking all day in Paris. Very comfortable beds with quality linen and bath towels. We love the area and felt safe to walk down our street to some excellent Boulangers, wine bars and authentic small bistros. Diane had a booklet with lots of suggestions about transportation, eating, shopping and how to embrace French culture. A small lift in the building was a lifesaver as the apartment is on the 4th floor. The apartment is also very quiet as it faces an internal courtyard. The living room view has the canopy of a delightful tree - peaceful. Diane and Allan’s communication is responsive and excellent. I would stay here again. Thanks, Diane, you are a great host.

This is a charming apartment in a wonderful and convenient location. It is exactly as described and pictured. It accommodated our family of 5 (3 adult children) very comfortably. Allan met us to help us get inside and up to the 4th floor. He was so helpful! Diane was also quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to return someday.

We had an exceptional stay here and cannot recommend this apartment enough.From the very beginning, the host was remarkably kind, accommodating, and thoughtful, even being there in person to warmly greet my elderly mother upon her arrival. That level of care set the tone for the entire trip.The apartment itself is fantastic. Having elevator access made coming and going effortless, which was a huge plus for our group. The location is ideal—truly central and providing easy access to everything Paris has to offer, yet remarkably peaceful. The windows open wide onto quiet courtyards, letting in lovely fresh breezes while keeping the city’s noise entirely outside.Inside, the home has wonderful, cozy vibes and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen and bathroom are well-stocked, and having laundry right inside the apartment made our stay incredibly convenient. The bedrooms offered exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows, ensuring quiet, restful nights, and the large walk-in closet in the main bedroom gave us plenty of space to unpack and settle in.To top it all off, the host provided fantastic guide materials filled with neighborhood insights and city recommendations. It is clear how much they genuinely love Paris and their local area, and their thoughtful suggestions added so much to our visit. We would return in a heartbeat!

House is perfectly located, Walking distance from the metro station and from montmartre.Nice local shops for food and grocery. In a busy and central road, but extremely quite thanks to being in an inner courtyard.Well equipped and very nicely furnished. A truly french experience for my family. Indication from Diane were extremely clear and detailed and check-in was very easy thanks to kind Allan.

It was a very functional flat in an older building in a neighborhood that is not quite 100 percent improved. Location is great and nice 4th floor walk up. Apartment itself is perfect, quiet, safe, clean and has everything you need. We are remodeling a flat we own a few blocks away and we’re very happy in this place and would rent again. It basically was as advertised . 2 nice quiet bedrooms with 1 bathroom and a very functional kitchen and living room.. kitchen and living room opens to open backyards and quiet. Bedroom windows open to small courtyards but quiet. the host was very responsive and made it all work very easily as needed.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We felt very much at home with both the furnishings and the amenities that were available. Diane’s house book full of information about the area, shops, restaurants, etc. was incredibly complete and very very helpful.Check in was a breeze – Allan did a lovely job of orienting us to the house and things that we might need.We thoroughly enjoyed the area – exploring Montmartre in more depth than I have in the past was a lot of fun.The proximity of grocery stores and great bakeries/pastry shops was definitely a plus. Our favorite boulangerie was just down the street from the apartment.Will definitely stay here again.

This is a great apartment in a great location, stocked with everything our family of 4 could need - kitchenware, cleaning supplies, extra sheets and bedding - everything is as advertised, and everything works. Host was easy to communicate with, very organized and super helpful. The welcome guide gave us all the info we needed and more - perfect tips on local spots, how to get along with Parisians, how to get places, and even how to get in the mood for Paris. Highly recommend!

Diane’s place was perfect for our family of 4. She was extremely responsive and gave us recommendations on exploring the city while we were visiting. Checking in would have been a little confusing, but she sent a neighbor to help us get in. We loved exploring the neighborhood and it was easy to hop on the metro to explore Paris.

This apartment is in an authentic yet central part of Paris where you can experience everyday life as lived by Parisians and the cafes and restaurants they frequent rather than those in the areas packed with tourists. We are so grateful for that atmosphere, the ability to catch a bus or metro only a couple of minutes walk away to any of the sites you might wish to visit or to make train connections, the well stocked little supermarket 1 minute away, the boulangerie on the nearby corner, the thoughtful creation of a Parisian vibe in the well stocked and very comfortable apartment and particularly the host Diane who even before you arrive has gone way beyond any normal expectation of what a host can do to smooth your arrival and your stay in this city she loves. Her preparation information saves so much research and her detailed first hand recommendations are invaluable. This really contributed to the quality of our experience particularly in the local area in the 5 days we had.
