Highly recommend! Hosts are absolutely amazing and so friendly. Location was great. Close to everything we had planned. So spacious and plenty of room for the 7 of us. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

My host never reached out. I drove 8 hours, pulled up to the house and couldn’t get in. Called the host multiple times, messaged him over and over, no response. Had to stay at a hotel. Not worth booking.

We had a very good experience.The apartment was clean and spacious with good A/C. There were plenty of beds and rooms so none of our kids had to share. The wifi was fast, was able to support all of our devices, and didn't give us any problems. The appliances were in good condition and easy to use as well.The proximity to the zoo was great since we didn't have to worry about parking. This location is also around 10 minutes or less from most of the places we went downtown. It really is such a great location.The host was very helpful, communicated clearly, and was prompt in his responses.There were only a few issues, and were minor/tolerable given the many positives and reasonable price.The apartment is on a somewhat busy street which at times had noticeable noise in the living room/kitchen. The bedrooms are more removed from the road and so are quieter. The listing stated that shampoo, basic soaps and toilet paper were provided, but there wasn't any shampoo, extra toilet paper, and the hand soaps were very low watered down. It wasn't a big deal though, we just picked up what we needed on our first grocery run.The apartment has some issues that would be consistent with a flipped property. The apartment floor is sloping just enough to be noticeable, but otherwise didn't cause any problems. You can also feel a loose board and possibly some holes in the subfloor in the room with the carpet. The stairs leading up to the apartment were also slightly bowed.

Thank you for the detailed review. It’s a shame to learn about the few smaller issues, resulting in a 4 vs 5 star review - after your stay. I reached out several time durning the stay to check in. Had I known, I could have easily restocked the items. Nevertheless, thank you for the stay.
