The biggest thing is the host is amazing, responsive, and tries to go out of her way for her guests. The house was used mainly as a place to lay our head while we toured and did things outside, and served our needs perfectly. Beds were comfy and house was in a great location for us!

Host was amazing, very attentive, the location was very close to the festivities of Salem AND waterways. The house was cozy and contemporary. The exterior photo listed online is actually the hocus pocus house a few blocks away. There was no TV or projector at this VRBO. That being said, there was board games and very close to local activities.

This property was the perfect fit for our mother-daughter girl’s trip. My friend and I were traveling with our two teenage daughters. The apartment is in a great location near the Hocus Pocus house and Pioneer Village (another spot featured in the movie). Both were just a short walk away. We were also within walking distance to downtown Salem and the architecte along the way was very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Our hostess was very communicative and attentive and went out of her way to be accommodating. The apartment was a great size and board games were available for evening quality time. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!We had such an amazing stay at Rachel’s place! The space was so cute, cozy, and comfortable — it felt like home the moment we walked in. The location couldn’t have been better: easily walkable into town for restaurants and shops, yet tucked away just enough to be peaceful and quiet away from the noise and chaos.Rachel was an incredible host — so friendly, thoughtful, and welcoming. We were celebrating my sister’s birthday, and she went above and beyond by surprising us with a cake, plus breakfast foods, coffee, and creamer for the weekend. Every little detail made us feel cared for and completely at ease. She also gave us great recommendations and helpful tips for navigating what turned out to be a very busy weekend in town. We felt so safe and comfortable during our stay and truly didn’t want to leave.Would 100% stay here again — can’t recommend it highly enough!
