We had a fantastic time during our stay! The host was phenomenal, and met us at 10 o’clock at night when our flight was delayed. The location was absolutely perfect, as we had tickets to four different shows during our stay. The property was clean and spacious, and had a great view. We would absolutely stay there again!

My wife and I stayed with another couple in this lovely penthouse for 14 nights. The unit was very clean and comfortable and very spacious for NYC apartments. Being in the heart of the theater district, the location was convenient for going to shows and close to the various subway lines, restaurants, and food stores. The views from all of the rooms were spectacular. There were plenty of towels for our two-week visit and it was nice to have the laundry facilities in the unit. In addition to the small balconies in the living room and bedrooms, there was a large deck with comfortable furniture off the hallway. The host was very responsive to all of our questions and requests.

Those that know, NYC can get very pricy for an oversized closet. This "Penthouse apartment" was absolutely amazing. Two masters, plenty of room, views to amaze every single time you walk in, from every single room! ! ! We had a wonderful visit, so centrally located, made our days so much more efficient and fun. It is close enough to Time Square (steps not blocks) that if needed, sneak back and nap/recharge for your days. We will definitely return and stay here... such a great location and beautiful property.

This rental has a perfect location and was spotless with anything we needed available. The restaurant next door is amazing and they even have a little coffee and pastry counter for morning. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace, too.

This has to be one of the BEST vacation rentals that our family has had the opportunity to stay at. The location could not have be better. It is just a couple hundred yards off of Times Square, but we didn't have the Times Square chaos or noise. Everyone from Ownership, to Management, to the doormen, were fantastic to deal with. The Unit has outstanding views, its was modern, well furnished/equipped, and it has a roof top deck on the same floor which was spectacular. We highly recommend this vacation rental and we look forward to staying there again.Scott
