Very nice stay. Needs some updates. One room with king bed was very tight space and really bad air flow. Gets very warm at night. East facing window with no curtain so light streams in all night. You will be driving longer than 20 minutes to get to the parks. However pool and hot tub were clean.

Thank you for the 4 star review and letting me know you had a very nice stay. We will look into that bedroom regarding the air flow - no other guest has mentioned it, so it may be that a guest prior to you closed the event, that can happen, but an easy fix to open it with the lever and we can check that before the next group arrives. We can take a look at the room relating to light streaming in too- the blinds usually do a good job, but it can be checked. Past guests comments say it takes 20 mins to get to the main welcome area of Disney from all my Reunion resort properties - but traffic for sure can play a part in this for all groups coming to many of the locations in Kissimmee. My family and I really enjoyed the property. It was everything is the description. It was cleaned. The check in was smooth and it was very quiet. The location great. We had a ball and will return.

The host was very responsive with all our needs and questions. The house was clean and tidy. The bathrooms upstairs were a bit dated. Pool was nice, and hot tub was a treat in the evenings.

Property was very clean. All appliances (coffeemaker, toaster ect) great working condition. Kids enjoyed the movie room. Rooms very spacious. Too many light switches (could not figure out what they all went to).Enough dinner/glassware for all 10 of us plus more. Michelle is a wonderful host, answered any of my questions quickly. Pool/hot tub clean.

Our group had a great stay. There was plenty of room for us and our pets. Communication was great. We had no issues checking in or out. Clean property with a central location. We also enjoyed the pool, the large patio area was where we spent most of our time. Most of our group parked on the street up front with no issues, there is also a driveway that fits two cars in the back. We would be happy to stay there again.

Always good to get reviews. Just so future guests know, the thermost is not locked, and can be adjusted to any temp. It can be put on cool mode or heat mode - your comfort is important to us! The proffessional photos of the home were done beginning of December 2025 - so they are recent and accurate - so I don’t understand this guests comment. The group did not reach out to me thru their stay for me to help, so that’s a little disapointing. Michelle

We came down for a cheer competition for several days. I brought four children with me and our dogs. From the very beginning, the homeowners were very quick quick and responding to any messages that I sent. When I asked them to make an exception by allowing three dogs instead of two, they did agree to that. Everything was sent away in advance of information I needed on the home and the day of I also received correspondence from the owners. The house was an immaculate condition just like the pictures show. The kids enjoyed the pool at the house as well as the other pools on property. Neighborhood is very quiet and gated. There are lots of restaurants in the neighborhood where you can eat, but there’s also lots of fast food and other restaurants right outside the neighborhood. We hope to get to stay there again when we come back to Orlando.

Michelle was great and the house was fantastic. Our family vacation trip started out a little rough, we drove down from michigan and ended up with car problems when we first arrived. Michelle was very understanding and gracious! We were able to access our rental property a little earlier and thus helped us to start relaxing a few hoirs earlier. Our family lived the rental property and are already asking to do it again!!
He enjoyed watching us play in the pool!

The host was great and got us the information in a timely manner. Overall, our experience was positive although the home had a few things that could have been better. The floor in the kitchen, dining, and living room areas were quite dirty. Someone had taken out the trash, and it must have leaked because there was a sticky substance on the floor by the trash can that had been tracked around and not cleaned up. It made all our feet and socks quite dirty. Regarding the beds, the master bedroom mattress seemed to be the hardest one in the whole place. After one night on it we ended up buying a king-sized mattress pad so we could sleep. The pool was warm even though it was cold outside, which was very nice, and once we figured out how to turn on and heat the hot tub, we were able to use it as well. Better directions as to where and how to use the timer switch for the hot tub would have been nice. The home had a fair number of cups, plates, pans, and utensils, although not many. The home did not have any extra (beyond maybe one or two) rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, or laundry soap. We have stayed in numerous properties and this home had the barest minimums compared to others. There was not salt or pepper for example. Other than a few minor items, this was a great place and accommodated our six-member family well.

We appreciate all reviews and the floor issue -sticky by the bin I have followed up with the cleaners. It’s worth knowing if you go out on the patio/deck in socks, been outdoor space, the socks will pick up pollen and dust. I think this guest overlooked the detailed arrival info we send out to all guests - it has info on the spa knob, it’s location and use. It also has a paragraph of what to bring re supplies or shop for on your first grocery run, beeing a self catering vacation home. For food safety we are not meant to leave any condiments as it’s hard to know use by date and past use - although if salt and pepper left I don’t feel that’s an issue and we would leave it for future guests. Great place to stay! Michelle was awesome and extremely quick to respond when we had one small issue. When we reached out to her about the issue with the master bed frame, she quickly offered to have someone come and fix it ASAP. Since it was only myself and my husband we chose to just move to one of the other bedrooms upstairs for the rest of our stay. The bed we slept in was very comfortable and whatever they use for laundry detergent, my husband couldnt stop talking about how great it smelled. The water took a few mins to get hot in the shower but once it did we could take as long as we wanted and it never got cold! One very tiny thing to note is that there were no pant hangers anywhere that we could find so if you do bring pants or skirt etc that needs hung up just bring one from home if you can. The location is perfect! Close to the parks but far away enough to not be in the middle of a noisy area, actually the area is specifically very quiet. And very close to many grocery stores and restaurants. The highlight for us was the hot tub! After long days at the theme parks it was a God send to relax in! We were very comfortable here and would definitely recommend.

We had a nice stay at this home! The house was well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. The community was beautiful, peaceful, and very well kept. We especially enjoyed spending time at both the private pool at the house and the community pool—they were highlights of our trip. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again!
