We really enjoyed our stay and felt this property was a great value. The location was very convenient, communication with the host was excellent, and the entire check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy.The apartment itself was comfortable and worked very well for our stay. Some of the furniture showed a little normal wear, and the building’s common entrance could use a bit more attention, but these were relatively minor things for us. Being directly across from a hospital also means there can be some outside noise and occasional sirens, which is understandable given the location.Overall, we had a very positive experience. For the price, convenience, and ease of the stay, we were very pleased and would happily consider staying here again.

The location was really great. Easy walk to public transit as well as convention centre, tourist attractions, restaurants -- everything I needed for a long work trip. Host communication was also very good. All my questions received a quick response. Apartment was very clean. Air conditioning was comfortable. Wifi was good.Do be aware that this is a city centre apartment: there was noise from the hospital across the street, and bright lights all night. Apartment is also a bit older and worn out, with some water damage to floors and kitchen and older plumbing and appliances. Everything worked just fine, though, and I think the price was reasonable. Again the location can't be beat.

Good: location is near everything a tourist needs like museums, restaurants, history, price is reasonable for large apartment space, unit is nice enough for price, clean bathroom, air conditioning works.Bad: noise of building fire alarm two nights in a row from 2:30am to 9am. Bar next door had people arguing outside at close next to bedroom windows. No hospitality like coffee or tea. Mid: communication is prompt but didn't get a lot of actual sympathy about the fire alarm until I threatened to leave.

Let’s just say the location was on point. Everything else, not so much. First, we paid extra 25 for early check in and 25 late check out. Our host had forgotten about our early check in. When we arrived the apartment smelled like Fabuloso. Which is a good smell, but it was so overwhelming we could barely handle it. The shower towels smelled like they we washed in Fabuloso. The shower towels were very crusty and scratchy. There was no ice in the freezer and not even ice trays to make ice. So we had to buy it. The toilet bowl itself has a wall that you need to get around just to sit on the toilet. ALL of the closet doors were broken and not functioning correctly. The ceiling fan lights have bulbs out as well as the bathroom. This place was always so dark. The bedrooms were ok. But no areas to put your suitcases so we had to put them on the floor. Only one night stand per bed. One of the beds was very rickety like the legs need to be tightened. Pillows on both beds were Walmart 5 pillows. The mattress was just ok on both beds. The bedrooms outside windows faced the street so we heard every conversation outside. Even the garbage man fighting at 4:00 was sooo fun to hear. Yes there is a walk-in restaurant below us. We knew this. But what we did not know was right next door was a bar that was opened until 2AM every night. The customers of this bar were coming and going all night. Also very loud. The furniture in the family room was garage sale still at best.
