This beautiful apartment located in a quiet subdivision and tastefully decorated is ideal for hosting a couple or travelers passing through our beautiful region. You have access to all amenities and public transportation to get around freely.
The accommodation consists of 1 bedroom, 1 shower room, 1 sofa bed that can accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Linens and towels are included.
WiFi and Netflix are free.

This one is in joint ownership with the owners' main residence located in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Guest access
The front door of the accommodation is accessible from the street, it is located in a recent and quiet subdivision. Parking with several spaces is located directly across the street from the accommodation.
Other things to note
The place is level. You can access it with a key that is located in the lockbox near the front door.
The accommodation has a small wooden terrace.

Extra sheets, duvet, towels can be found in the bedroom closet.
Rennes is accessible in 15/20 minutes by bike via a secure bike path.
