The house was quite clean and cozy. My grandchildren especially loved the indoor pool and the hot tub. Adam was great to work with and replied quickly to all my questions. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at Black Bear Lodge! We had a group of 20, and the rooms and setup were perfect for our group! Everything about the house was lovely, and just as described in the listing. And the price was just right for our budget. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips with bigger groups.

We had a wonderful stay in Branson. The house was perfect with bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed using the kitchen to prepare meals and loved that there was room for 12 at the table! Our host was communicative which I also loved.

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful! We had a fr-amily group of 15 people and we couldn't be more pleased! The cabin had just about everything we needed and was so pristine. Such a wonderful place and we hope to return sometime!

This house is absolutely perfect!!! The layout of the house, bedrooms w/ full bathrooms, living rooms, kitchen/dining room and outdoor spaces is perfect. We had 11 adults and 2 kids with plenty of room! The bedrooms are very spacious. And that every bedroom has its own full bathroom was amazing!!! My entire family had the best time! It was less than a 5 minute drive to silver dollar city. The owner Adam and his property manager Candice are the absolute best to work with!!! Fast response to any and all questions! And checked in with us a couple times during our stay. My family is ready to make this trip and this house and annual vacation!Truly grateful for the amazing memories!!!

We enjoyed our time at the cabin. It was the perfect size for 5 small families (19 in total) to stay in with kids ranging 2-17 and adults. Communication from both Adam and Candice was clear, prompt, and courteous. If traveling in a large group, I’d definitely recommend this cabin.

There were a few things in maintance or upkeep on the property that needs to be worked on. Host was very good about couple minor issues. Pool was very nice. Just a little difficult to get up to. Wish there was a more improved road to walk with strollers or drive, up the hill to the pool, the back way,

The host, Adam, was great. He answered all my questions and responded quickly to messages. The house was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with high end appliances, dishes, and cutlery. Everything was top notch! Our family had a great time!
