Such a great space for a small family reunion! The beach is just steps away and the pool was such a perfect way to start and end the day.

The perfect vacation home for a large family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was the ideal home for our large extended family who likes to vacation together. The beach is just steps away and the house is decked out with everything from beach views, plenty of bedrooms for 8 kids, pool and activities for rainy days, bicycles, dream kitchen, and the beds are comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Family week at the Big House at the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 24 spanning three generations. We like to share one house ( vs individual condos) to get the extra early-morning coffee time and late-night discussions. It’s hard to find a “perfect” rental that is pleasing to all, but this house hits the mark every time! The kitchen is the best around- it’s actually equipped and user friendly- we cook all meals in. The location is lovely- there’s a view of some form of vegetation out of every window. The 4th floor outdoor space is awesome!

Fall Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great home with plenty of room for everyone! The area is quiet with natural beauty at every turn, but still close enough to plenty of shops and restuarants if you want to get out and about. The included bikes were utilized, and the fourth floor porch is a great hang out spot that can seat up to 14 comfortably - stunning views! Beds, were comfy, bathrooms large and modern, lots of extra blankets and throws and plenty of seating for everyone.The games in the yard were so much fun too. Royal Destinations was available to answer all questions in an extremely timely manner. Two thumbs up! One thing to note - there is a buzzer that goes off every single time you go out the back sliding doors unless you hit a button prior to exiting. Evidently it is Florida law to have this due to the way this pool has access from the house (it is a safety feature). If you have young children you may see it as a bonus - for us, in truth - this was the biggest downside of the property as it was going off constantly because we would fail to remember to hit the button. It would also go off if you did not shut the doors exactly right.
