Excellent accommodations and short walk to downtown.

Well appointed home has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood and a very short walk to downtown. Access to the garage a nice plus.

Winter getaway

If you are looking for close proximity to town then this location can’t be beat! It has all the amenities one could possibly need and the hot tub on the deck underneath a pine tree was perfect after skiing. Would definitely return!

Martina, I couldn't agree more! Especially about the tree next to the deck (it's a spruce, actually). I'm not sure if it snowed during your stay, but it's truly beautiful when the branches are weighted down by a pile of fresh snow. It makes me hope that summer never comes! :)

Great House and Location

Perfect location and very nice house that was well stocked with supplies and games! We loved walking into town and the hot tub as well. Mark was very helpful and attentive during our stay.

Perfect Breck retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is spacious, well-equiped, and in a great location ( easy walk to both town and the quicksilver lift). Mark was a great host and very responsive. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Just what we were looking for!

Clean and very comfortable house in a great location! My family had a great time staying in this house in snowy Breckenridge. Walking distance to the shops restaurants and bars on Main Street.

Wonderful house

Has a wonderful time staying here. Location is so convenient for the town, shops, restaurants and skiing. We took the ski shuttle every day. House was clean, short of nothing and the hot tub was wonderful.

Andrew, it's so great to hear that you put the hot tub to good use! I'm also glad to hear that you found the ski shuttle to be pleasant. I always walk to the Quicksilver lift from the house, but a lot of people find the shuttle to be easy and convenient. One thing that a lot of people like is that you can start your day at different parts of the mountain, depending on which side of the street you get on the bus.

Excellent House for a family vacation

This was the second time we stayed at this house and we will definitely stay there again. Well furnished and comfortable for all. Very close to Breck's main business areas and the river. I have rented several other homes in Breckenridge over the years, but this one is the best!

Fantastic ski rental property.

Great location, can walk right to slopes or easy walk to shuttle.... 2 living areas for groups with different “hanging out” interests. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Overall a wonderful spot to stay over the new year holiday.
