This was a nice getaway location. Very quiet. The home had everything we needed. We liked the fall decor and the extra touches to make guests feel welcome in their space.

Our family had a wonderful stay in your home. We could relax, have fun together, and enjoy the peace of the woods. Thank you for thinking of all the touches that made it cozy and welcoming. Communication was easy and prompt, the home had everything we needed, the fireplace was warm and pleasant, and the porch was the perfect place for morning coffee. Our lab, Ozzie, would rate it a 10/10 too! It was the perfect weekend!

This property is exactly as described. It has everything you will need for a great vacation in the mountains. The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need! The host is amazing to work with and quickly answers any questions or concerns that you may have.

Girls spa getaway weekend and this home/cabin didn't disappoint. From the cozy and well appointed accomodations, to the warm welcome basket of goodies/wine, communication from owners, and location, would highly recommend for a long stay or weekend getaway. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay. Lots of beautiful outdoor space. Had everything we needed. Very thoughtful hosts. The Woods SPA, indoor pool and hot tub were great. Lots to do there. Will definitely do this again. Maybe when the outdoor pools are open. TRC

Great location in the woods. Nice, cozy cabin that allows pets. Plenty of room for everyone… even the family dog. We enjoyed our stay while we were in town for a wedding.

We highly recommend the Cottage. The house was very clean, very well equipped, and comfortable. It was a wonderful "get away". The owers were exceptionally responsive to any questions or requests. In addition to the facilities available at "The Woods Resort, the property abuts 25,000 acre W. Virginia State Forest with lots of hiking trails. It was a short 2 hour drive from the Washington, DC Metro area.Tom

Cozy retreat perfect for a family

We had a lovely time at this cabin in The Woods, it was well-supplied and very comfortable for our family. We enjoyed exploring the woods and playing board games on the large deck, as well as visiting nearby Berkeley Springs

Wonderful experience

The Cabin was beautiful and very friendly owners. Very kind resort for swimming and activities. Wish we said longer. Definitely plan to do a longer stay in the future.

Very nice cabin. The hosts have put a lot of thought in how to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Pet friendly, they have pet covers on sofa, pet bed/mat and even had biscuits for them. The neighborhood is great for taking walks as well as the property - nice wooded walk. Host has left notes with all kinds of info as well as information of things to do in the area. Would definitely stay again.Great job Jack and Tama.

Friends weekend

Had a great time at this property and were able to take advantage of the screened in porch and fireplace. Neighborhood was very nice and checkin was easy. They were very accommodating for the three dogs that also visited the property with us.

Very comfortable house with wonderful decks and a screened porch. Beautiful, quiet woods all around. Host is very responsive and helpful. Sports and rec center a bonus.
