This was our second time staying in this location. We love it. House is clean and stocked well. A quick golf cart ride to the beach or to the store. The wharf @ Baytowne is also a favorite spot to take the kids and to eat dinner each night. Will be staying here again.

The unit was clean, comfortable and access to the Sandestin resort amenities was easy. We had a couple of minor issues and the management was very responsive and communicated with us promptly. We had access to a golf cart which made it very easy to get to the beach and Baytown wharf. The unit had beach chairs and an umbrella in the outside closet to take to the beach. We were able to use the grill and cook meals. Everything we needed to cook was provided. Tip- bring spices, condiments etc. there is nothing there to use.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group consisted of three couples in town for a veterinary conference at Sandestin. All of us were very impressed with this VRBO. First, and most importantly, it was CLEAN. Spotless, in fact. It had plenty of room and we were all glad to have such large beds. Linens and towels were included which is always convenient. Initially, we didn’t think we could use the golf cart, but it actually came in very useful. We used it to go the beach and to Harbor Town a couple times. It was also nice that it was available while a few members of the group took the car to the conference for part of each day. The kitchen is spacious. We had a couple questions when we arrived and upon texting the management company we received a response within minutes. If we come to this conference again we will stay here.
