We had a great stay at this beautiful home! The house was very nice, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The absolute highlight for us was the amazing stream right outside. We loved being able to sit and listen to the water. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

The host was great. My initial email went to spam so I was a little flustered the day of travel. I reached out and they immediately resent everything and it all went smoothly. I had checked my trash and promotions just not the spam and there it was. So the only issue was just user error on my part. The house was awesome! The stream is even closer than the photos make it seem. It was the most well stocked rental any of the guests including myself have ever been in. I choose the bedroom downstairs with windows facing the steam. Talk about a refreshing sleep, mountain and steam air cooling the room perfectly. With Breckenridge literally 6 minutes down the street and in typical Colorado fashion countless outdoor adventures ( yes incline a 14ers trailhead.)anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes away the stay had something for everyone.

Great Thanksgiving vacation spot

Great location with a very easy check-in process! Gorgeous backyard and we loved the gas fireplaces inside the house! Plenty of room with 4 king size beds. Would definitely come back again.

Weekend getaway

We've stayed in this neighborhood before and this is the nicest place so far. Well-appointed, warm and plenty of space. Great location.

Mountain Getaway

Third time staying at this property Beautiful home and a cool location. The kids loved the river behind the home, and just a short drive in to Breckenridge.

Riverside Home

Great place! We loved the outdoor fire-pit nestled in the pines by the roaring river. What a really unique setting and the fact that each room had a king size bed was a huge bonus.

Great Getaway

The property is very nice with many amenities. The location is scenic and quiet! The town of Breckenridge is a short 6 mile ride.

Perfect Breck house

The house was perfect for our family’s ski weekend. Great spot, plenty of room, and the driveway was plowed early in the morning for us to hit the slopes on a powder day.
