Secluded street, amazing house with even better views. Fall is a quiet time to be at the lake, you feel like you own it! Daytime walks on the beach with the dog. Magical evening sunset views.

Really amazing property in a really amazing location. We really felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves most days. On another, we met a family who have been coming to the area for literal decades and they took us out on their aqua cat. We had a very restorative stay and our dog enjoyed watching all the beach and woods activities from the amazing deck.

We just got back from a wonderful week-long family vacation at this property. The view of Lake Michigan and the gorgeous sunsets were absolutely stunning and something we already miss. It was my husband, myself, our son and daughter-in-law and our five-month-old grandbaby, along with our two dogs, and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was incredible and well stocked, so we made many great meals there. We enjoyed Holland and Saugatuck, some great restaurants, playing pickleball, beach time, long walks, World Cup matches on their nice TV and comfy couch, and just generally enjoying time together. Thanks for providing a beautiful home for us to get some much-needed family time together!

We travel to Michigan each fall, and the view from the large deck and inside of this home was spectacular, one of the best on the west coast! The private beach was quiet, clean and great for swimming or water activities. The home itself was clean, well equipped, and airy. Everything you need, was there. And the neighborhood was safe and friendly. I have been a photographer for many years, and took many stunning photos of sunsets and lake activity. Another great feature was we were close to all the beach towns on the lower southwest Michigan coast including St. Joseph, South Haven, Saugatuck, Holland, Grand Haven and White Hall, among others. My only issue was the electric blinds, one or two wouldn’t lower. But the owners were aware and in the process of replacing. The owners were always available by messaging if anything was needed. Would we return to rent this home. Absolutely, 100 percent!

We absolutely loved this place. The private beach access is so convenient and was amazing to have with our dog and baby. The house itself was beautiful and had everything you would need for a vacation stay. You also have quick and easy access to downtown Holland for food and drinks. Aaron and Jenn are also incredible host. Communication was on point to make to make sure we had a 5* stay. We definitely plan on coming back!

The deck, and even the couch inside, were excellent spots for watching the sunset. The constant sound of the waves crashing on the shore can be heard at the house- something I found peaceful and relaxing! The steps down to the beach felt secure and safe. The beach was sandy and clean, not full of pebbles like some beaches along this coast. The kitchen was a delight to cook in with so much floor and counter space, natural light, and unexpected kitchen gadgets. A fresh scent from cleaning was noticeable when we entered, but did not last long as we opened the screened door and windows. Also, it was noticeable that detergents with fragrances were used to wash the linens. The bed was very soft, but the couch was firmer. I actually enjoyed sleeping on the couch and waking up to see the pink from the sunrise on the horizon of the lake. Temperature control zones were nice for a cooler sleeping environment. The propane tank was low when we arrived, but we had plenty for our evening meal. We messaged the hosts that evening, and they had it replaced early the next morning without us even noticing. Excellent service!
