The place was spotless all new everything!! Bed way comfortable, separate ac in each room was great! Bathroom had Japanese seat!! Great neighborhood!! David Lee Roth lives 5 min away.

This is our second stay at this property and we would definitely come again! Everything is clean, fresh, and just a lovely vibe. The host is super helpful and always available. It was SO hot in Pasadena while we were here but the AC in the house works perfectly and kept us so comfortable. 5 stars for everything! Highly recommend!

Second time staying here and won’t be the last! Charming and well-appointed little guest house tucked away on a quiet street. Very modern and up to date furnishings. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ space. Ample parking in front of the property.

We loved this property. Super clean, perfect amenities, as advertised if not better than shown on website. The host is super helpful and responsive. Quiet location with nice outdoor space as well! Everything was easy and relaxing. Lots of games available, great AC, TVs in every room and it was all easy to use. Beds were really comfortable too. Highly recommend!!!!!

I stayed here with my three dogs. It was clean and had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Terry was accessible and responsive. Location is safe and perfect to walk your dogs.

This was a lovely two-bedroom private guest house in a very convenient location in Pasadena. Our host, Terry, was very responsive and thorough. The check in/check out process was smooth and easy. The unit was beautiful and exactly as pictured on the listing. We did not have a chance to use the outside area, but it was quite large and would be a nice place to enjoy dinner or cocktails in the California weather. On-street parking was readily available right outside the home. Our host also went above and beyond and promptly shipped a forgotten item to me! I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend the property to friends and family.

Charming spot in great location for us. Terry was an extremely responsive host, answering my questions very quickly. I couldn't find fresh trash bags and when I asked Terry where I could find some, she sent over a cheery young man carrying more almost instantly (right before I found the ones I'd overlooked).

Absolutely lovely property on a quiet residential street in Pasadena. It’s a guest house behind a main house. Often these feel like converted garages, which I hate, but this property felt like a proper guest house with its own outdoor garden space.Excellent communication and instructions from the host/manager. No issues getting into the property and locking up at night. LOVE the area by the door to remove shoes and put on the provided house slippers. Just like home! Ample street parking right in front of the house - and very safe.The kitchen had everything we needed, and we used the outdoor kitchen to prep food as well.The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blankets. The entire place was spotless! Fair warning - LA nights are cold, and the first night we arrived we forgot to turn on the heat. However, we were still comfortable under the comforter and blankets. The next day we realized our mistake and turned the heat up. After that we were toasty! (Not a criticism of the place at all - just a reminder for the next guests.) We will happily stay her again when next in the LA area.
