La proprietà si trova in oltre 2 ettari di terreno con una splendida vista sulle colline del Petit Luberon. Questa casa colonica originale è stata recentemente rinnovata, ha nuovi elettrodomestici ed è arredata con stile. C'è una piscina recintata di acqua salata 12 X 6 M (che può essere riscaldata) con cucina estiva e un tavolo / panche in pietra. La piscina ha una vista spettacolare ed è ben attrezzata con lettini per prendere il sole e rilassarsi. C'è un'ulteriore zona pranzo coperta con tavolo da pranzo vicino alla casa e una terrazza della cucina sotto pergola coperta di glicine. La casa è ben allestita per ospitare i bambini (scale, lettini da viaggio, seggioloni, sterilizzatore per bottiglie). C'è un campo da bocce, un recinto di sabbia e un sacco di terra da esplorare. La proprietà è sicura (cancelli elettrici) con un allarme e sorveglianza di sicurezza. Riscaldamento centralizzato (per i visitatori invernali), TV satellitare, accesso a Internet. La proprietà è molto tranquilla e tuttavia centrale per un facile accesso ai servizi locali (equitazione, golf nelle vicinanze) e tutti i pittoreschi villaggi sulla collina del Luberon.


Piscina / Bocce / Area giochi per bambini: L'area della piscina ha una terrazza di 200 m2 + in pietra calcarea locale, giardini progettati e paesaggistici in stile Luberon, una cucina estiva con frigoriferi e acqua corrente (costruita in pietra locale e tegole) che si affaccia su la piscina e un tavolo in pietra per 10+ persone con panche per la perfetta esperienza culinaria al fresco. La cucina ha anche un forno per pizza "Valoriani" autoportante. L'area della piscina si trova su una terrazza murata a secco originale che si affaccia direttamente sulla fattoria e si affaccia in direzione sud sulle colline del Petit Luberon / Parco Nazionale. Gode della luce del sole per tutto il giorno e la sera. La piscina è di 12 x6 m, acqua salata e può essere riscaldata a un piccolo costo aggiuntivo. Adiacente alla piscina è:
- un campo da bocce a grandezza naturale (per coloro che hanno bisogno di bilanciare il tempo trascorso sul lettino con un'attività delicatamente competitiva)
 - una struttura da arrampicata "Sherwood Tower" per bambini, giocattoli TP, con set di altalena a tre bracci e scivolo
- una cava di sabbia per bambini piccoli
Tutti i servizi utilizzati a rischio degli affittuari.

Cucina: La cucina è molto ben attrezzata per le vacanze in famiglia con l'accento sul godimento dei meravigliosi prodotti locali di questa zona, che è il giardino di mercato della Provenza. Esso ha:
- un forno a gas "La Canche" di nuova installazione in acciaio inossidabile, quattro fuochi a gas, piano cottura
- microonde
- depuratore d'acqua / sistema di filtraggio
- un set adeguato di pentole e padelle di grande capacità
C'è anche un barbecue a tamburo portatile "Weber" per uso domestico o in piscina / cucina estiva.

A Little Bit of Heaven in Provence

This is a spacious house, with a lovely wisteria covered terrace for dining, comfortable beds, and a large pool, which we used every day! The landscaping is beautiful with the lavender & many other plants. It is very conveniently located to many of the small hilltop villages in Provence. I highly recommend & would love to stay there again!

Celebration with friends

Mas de Palassas was very much as it appears from the online brochure. It is a beautiful, old and characterful house in a wonderful peaceful location. The beds and bed linen were of high quality and very comfortable and the kitchen was generally well equipped. Both outside eating areas by the house were delightful, but perhaps the star of the show was the pool area which is simply gorgeous, with nearby a large petanc court and shady seating area. The owner was immensely helpful with recommendations of local restaurants, markets and things to do. There are many beautiful hill villages and vineyards nearby which deserve a visit. All in all, we all had a very relaxed, happy and enjoyable week in this lovely property.

Ferme de caractère dans un cadre sublime

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette ferme provençale située dans un environnement calme et exceptionnel. Les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs sont nombreux, spacieux, variés et très agréables. L' accueil à l'arrivée et disponibilité pendant le séjour étaient parfaites.

Lovely home with spectacular gardens to relax and take in the smells and sounds of Provence

I rented this property to celebrate my 50th birthday. My immediate family was coming in from around the world, and this included several children, so it was important to rent a property with plenty of things for the kids to do. This property did not disappoint. The gardens/grounds seemed endless and are very tastefully designed. There is a boule (pentak) court for the competitive among you; a large spectacular swimming pool in which many a team volleyball game was played; a trampoline (major plus for my nieces); and a pizza oven (we put the kids to work and fired it up for a soiree one evening). There are several areas in which you can sit back, relax and eat your gourmet treats from the local markets. A long family table just outside the kitchen, a summer kitchen by the pool, and a table under cover in the barn/garage. The outdoor furniture was plenty - chaise lounges everywhere and also many other seating options. The quality of the furniture was fantastic. The house is large enough for 14 people without everyone getting on each others nerves. In fact there was an extra bed in the laundry which could've been used and accommodated another 2 people. The home itself has all the facilities needed. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools/implements as well as essentials for cooking salt/pepper/oil, etc. There is a room with a TV for those who feel they must waste their vacation watching the box. I was glad it was the smaller room, so you essentially had to be antisocial to watch it - we are in Provence after all so should be out seeing/smelling/feeling. There are several large bedrooms. I took the master and can attest to a very comfortable bed (not commonly found in Europe). Was soft and welcoming. There are 2 main bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs. We tended to run out of hot water if you were the back end of the showering list (I was). But that served as incentive on other days to get up early and take the hot water. Advice: schedule some in the evening and some in the morning if a large crowd. The home has a washer/dryer which worked well; a refrigerator in the kitchen with a separate small freezer which is in the laundry; and a dishwasher (used a lot). There is wifi at the home, best signals were around the table outside the kitchen. All in all this was a fabulous week for the celebration. My entire family loved the property and had a fantastic time in the region. I appreciate Helena sharing her home with us all

Wonderful stay in this beautiful house

We spend a week in the house last august and we had a wonderful moment. The house is beautiful, very spacious and decorated with a lot of taste. The bedrooms are great and the beds are very good. The kitchen is the best for people who like to cook. The garden is beautiful and the pool place is paradise. The kids were so happy as the house is so friendly for them : the big playground, the trampoline, the very safe pool and a room dedicated to them in the house with lots of toys. We also appreciated a lot the fresh bottle of Rosé wine we found when arriving as a welcome present. All is made in the house to make you have a wonderful stay. Congratulations to Helena for making a place so peaceful and beautiful.

Wonderful property, perfect family holiday.

Our Australian family of three generations enjoyed the best vacation at Mas de Palassas, a beautifully maintained and very comfortable property. The house has been equipped generously and to a very high standard – furnishings, linens and towels, beds, kitchen utensils, electrical items. It was even better than described! The manager was extremely helpful, always available to answer any queries. The information folder has all the details for which one could wish about local sights, restaurants, activities, shopping, and amenities. The property is very safe for children: internal stairs can be gated, the grounds are secured with fencing and electric gates, and the pool is securely fenced. Everything was perfect: for the cooks among us – the kitchen, pizza oven, barbecue; for the children – the play areas, books, games; for the active – the pool, the Petanque court, local walks; for the slothful – the gardens, nooks to hide with a book, lounges for sprawling, gazing at the view; for all of us – the chance to have a terrific time together. The daybreak excursions to Bonnieux for baguettes, croissants; mornings to a market, a vineyard; trips to Marseilles, Orange, Aix en Provence; afternoons by the pool; evenings dining al fresco under the stars; the tranquillity and the silence. Wonderful! We definitely recommend Mas de Palassas to friends, and look forward very much to returning, for at least two weeks, to relax at the beautiful Mas de Palassas, and enjoy again this lovely part of France.

A wonderful week at Mas Palassas!

Thanks for a fantastic week at Mas Palassas! The home is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The location is perfect for touring the gorgeous provence countryside. We really enjoyed sight seeing in the mornings and coming back to Mas Palassas for a relaxing afternoon by the pool. We even had a big round robin petanque tournament which was a lot of fun for all ages. The owners are nice and helpful and provided a lot of information about places to visit and restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend this gorgeous home to friends and family and I look forward to a return trip in the future....next time it will be for two weeks!
