We loved the property. We had 3 families that stayed for the week. We enjoyed all the amenities. We had 4 children that loved the billiards and the bunk room. We enjoyed the outdoor games and relaxing in the hot tub. Highly suggest staying here.

This home did not disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed having many outside activities at the home. Inside was set up perfectly for tons of family fun. This was our favorite house yet, and we have been coming once a year for 4 years. Highly recommend this home for large groups with kids.

Property was exactly as described and worked perfect for our groups getaway. The communication was fantastic and the location was great. There was so many hangout areas we had a hard time deciding which ones to use.

Our stay was highly disappointing because the house was not guest-ready and primary amenities were unusable. We paid for a premium rental but spent our trip managing maintenance issues.The hot tub was a major letdown. On arrival, it was dirty and the water was so low the pump was gurgling. Even after we filled it, the tub never reached a usable temperature. Despite 56 degree weather, the host insisted it was operating as designed. It is misleading to advertise a hot tub that cannot maintain heat in mild conditions. We also faced significant communication gaps, with long periods of unresponsiveness from the host that eventually forced us to contact support for help.The house had several safety and cleaning failures. A heavy closet door was off its hinges; the host admitted they knew about this for a month but still rented the home as kid-friendly. Multiple electrical outlets pulled out of the wall when used. We found a previous guest's vape pen and crumbs under the table, plus a crockpot full of old oil and sticky floors in multiple rooms. Shower curtains were the wrong size, causing bathrooms to flood with every use. Finally, checkout instructions were inconsistent, with last-minute digital messages requiring us to haul our own trash to a dump while the guest book said not to worry about it. We expected a high-end experience but received poor management instead. The home has potential, but managing from afar is having an impact on the property.

While we worked to address concerns during your visit and extended a goodwill credit at the time, it’s clear the experience fell short for your group, and I understand why that was frustrating. Since your stay, we’ve taken concrete steps to address the items you raised. The hot tub has been upgraded to a higher-power electrical configuration to ensure faster heating and consistent performance in cooler weather. We’ve also completed repairs to doors and outlets, tightened our post-clean inspection process, replaced shower curtains where needed, and clarified checkout instructions so there’s no confusion going forward. We manage the property with a local team and take feedback seriously, especially when it highlights gaps we can fix. The home has since hosted guests without these issues, and we remain committed to providing a clean, safe, and well-maintained experience. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective and wish you the best in future travels.
