Excellent location! Will absolutely stay here again. Very clean, updated, walking distance to amusement park and lake. The host was more than accommodating with having to change our plans last minute and responded very quickly with confirming our booking. Also sent in property information that was clear and easy to follow! Highly recommend!

Your condo is beautiful. Thank you for sharing your place.We did notice on our arrival that there was a snag in the carpet in the master bedroom closet, the air fryer in the pantry was left dirty (we never used it, so we didn’t clean it, sorry). Also, there was a strong unpleasant smell in the garage. We looked what was causing it, but couldn’t see anything. We thought it might be from all the rain making the concrete smell, almost like a pet had been left in the garage at one time. It did smell in the lower bedroom also from the garage.Just wanted to let you know, we loved staying there.

A perfect place to stay if you want to be within walking distance of all the action, including Arnold’s Park, the bars, Oak Hill Marina, golf course, and so much more!We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the place was compared to the photos in the listing. It actually felt larger in person than we expected.The host was super easy to communicate with, and check-in was extremely smooth.During our stay, there were lots of thoughtful items available for guests to use, including lawn chairs, sand toys, and paper products. The only thing we noticed was that one of the showers didn’t have soap or shampoo. It wasn’t a big deal since there’s a gas station right down the street, and most guests probably bring their own toiletries anyway.We would highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Okoboji!
