Questa residenza privata si trova da sola ed è la vacanza perfetta. Alla ricerca di un tranquillo cottage sull'isola lontano da luoghi turistici e bar rumorosi? A pochi passi dalle spiagge di sabbia bianca dell'isola o della baia di Anna Maria. Sono un buongustaio e chef e quindi questa cucina ha tutto e le sue pentole di buona qualità. Salta sul carrello gratuito e goditi la cena e le bevande in uno dei ristoranti premiati dell'isola. Rendi questa isola la tua casa lontano da casa e r-e-l-a-x! Cammina ogni giorno in spiaggia e goditi il sole e tramonti incredibili.

Nota: non offro a nessuno l'annullamento per noleggi in alta stagione. Ci vuole solo troppo tempo per cercare di destreggiarsi tra le cancellazioni dell'ultimo minuto. Ma sono una persona giusta e ragionevole. Se per qualche motivo annulli la tua prenotazione in alta stagione e sono in grado di ri-prenotare allo stesso tempo, ti rimborserò i tuoi soldi meno i costi sostenibili. Le cancellazioni in bassa stagione sono di 60 giorni. Non pubblicherò questo, ma onorerò questo lasso di tempo. Mi rendo conto che la vita succede. Non ho mai preso soldi da nessuno e ho sempre risolto tutto con i miei ospiti.

Excellent comfortable cottage. 2 blocks from the Gulf and close to Publix and several other shops.. Pet friendly. Well stocked with kitchen and beach supplies. Host is very responsive. Have stayed on several occasions and will again.

It’s in a great location and very close to the beach. The bikes were a great addition to our stay and made things a lot easier to get around and great exercise. The pier is just a short trip down the road too for fishing and you don’t need a permit. There was plenty to do during our stay just not enough time. Chris’s was very accommodating with us and his place had everything you need to make our stay a great time. We will definitely look for his place again on our annual trip to Anna Marie Island.

A great little cottage

The cottage was the perfect place to stay. It was within walking distance to the beach, but in a quiet neighborhood. The host has made it comfortable and Homey. Bradington Beach is a beautiful area. I would heartily recommend people to come stay.

Great little cottage!

Comfy, cozy cottage that’s very close to the gulf and the bay. It sits on a residential street with very little traffic. Nice bar/shed in the private backyard. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The house quaint and private- exactly what we were looking for. Nice yard for small dog . Located in a quiet neighborhood- 3 minute walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Perfect for 2 people.

Wonderful Cottage

Another wonderful stay

Just a great cottage in a great location close to the beach. House has all one needs for a nice vacay at the beach. Beach gear, towels, bikes etc. Kitchen is well fortified with quality cookware, good knives, etc. Feels like home away from home.

Terrific older cottage well maintained. Quiet neighborhood our 2nd stay. 2 block walk to the beach. Close to restaurants, bars, trolly stops. Excellent communication with host who responds very quickly. We will return!

Love, love this little cottage!

This rental has everything we needed. It was clean and well equipped. We love the privacy of the back deck and the outdoor shower. It’s a sweet little neighborhood, like old Florida. The beautiful beach is a just short walk away. We will be back.

House was perfect size for two people. Shower water got HOT very quickly! Bed was super comfortable and AC kept the house cool. Chris, the owner, was super attentive without being intrusive! He responded quickly to all communication. Loved the outside shower to get rid of sand before going inside. I loved the deck for morning reading. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon was a lovely extra touch. Only 5 min walk, 2 blocks, to beautiful beach. We did not rent a car so used the trolley a couple times but then decided to rent a golf cart. Best decision!!! If you decide to do this, rent before you arrive. They sell out quickly. Coasty Carts was amazing. Be sure to try the Ugly Grouper for phenomenal grouper tacos. Wonderful vaca! Would definitely recommend this property!

Chris was timely in his responses and provided good feedback to our inquiries. Thank you Chris! We very much enjoyed the location and were able to walk our dogs around the quiet neighborhood multiple times a day. The amenities are as advertised and the cottage was very clean, but it is aging and not weather tight. Became chilly when temperatures dropped even with the furnace running.The Anna Maria Island was enjoyable. We found three food must visit. The Kokonut Hut, The Rod and Reel and Vinnie’s Italian Kitchen. Highly recommend all!

Homey Beach Cottage

Great location! Older updated well stocked cottage great for 2 people. Owner very accommodating with quick responses allowing our dogs. Nice grass yard and outdoor shower. Bikes and beach buggy available. Quiet neighborhood 2 blocks from Gulf Drive, restaurants, shopping, bars and beaches. Will certainly look to stay again when in Anna Maria/ Bradenton. Thanks for a great week!

NEEDED A BREAK

We stayed for a week and everything went well. Unit was well stocked as advertised and owner Chris was very easy to work with. We had everything we needed including chairs etc for the beach. Unit is literally only a few mins walk to the beach. Neighbor was quiet and peaceful. Great little get away.

Anna Maria Island Stay

Every thing we needed was there. Grocery store was close. Water just two blocks East or West. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The furniture was extremely comfortable as well as the bed and I just had my upper and lower spine fused. Top notch restaurants are close. The owner is a pleasure to work with.

Old Florida Charm

We loved this cute little Beach Cottage! It was just perfect for our 2 week stay. Close to everything and only 2 short blocks to a beautiful beach. House had everything we needed for our stay. So much to do in the area and actually ran out of time to do all we wanted. That is one of the reasons we were quick to book the cottage for next year as well. Chris was so helpful and easy to like right away. Don’t think twice….. just go ahead and book your stay. You won’t be disappointed.

I was raised here and enjoy the bays and beaches. I am an cyclist and spend most of my spare time cycling the island, parks and preserves. I like my life to be simple and uncluttered. I tried the corporate world but I was drawn right back home. I purchased this cottage because it represents my lifestyle, simple.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

This cottage is one of the original houses on the island. It has the original cottage charm with modern touches including a completely remodeled and gorgeous kitchen. I picked this property because when I was growing up my good friends lived in this neighborhood so when I was looking for a second home I gravitated here. This neighborhood seems to be off the radar and away from loud tourist. No late-night noise, no traffic, just gulf breezes and the songs of the birds. Not many places left that you would get this feeling.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Being a foodies and chef the kitchen is outfitted like no other rental on the island. This cottage sits on its own lot, so you have your own private home with a yard, convenient outdoor hot and cold shower, sun deck and a private little bar. The bar (Bar 55) is the perfect little place to hang out day or night, sit back and enjoy a cocktail. Trolley picks you up (FREE) to take you everywhere on the Island. Enjoy a leisurely bike ride (I provide two Townie 3i Comfort Bikes available for your use). I even had a tenant write a novel while living here. I live close by so if you need anything just let me know. The cottage has been tastefully outfitted with everything you need. If you like to cook (as I do) you will be pleasantly surprised at the quality of cookware.
