We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this property! The home was spacious and had modern fixtures throughout. It was perfect for our girls’ weekend, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The 7 beds and 4 bathrooms made it incredibly comfortable for our group, and we never felt crowded.The location was also ideal—close enough to all the Nashville attractions, restaurants, and nightlife, yet situated in a neighborhood that was easy to navigate and felt convenient and accessible.Overall, this property was the perfect home base for our Nashville getaway.

Communication was clear. The condo was well-stocked with supplies and had the right amount of space. 4 bathrooms was a real plus.

Great place to lay your head at night. The outside picture did not depict the actual building. Great location and easy to get uber/lyft. Well maintained, but a bit dirty. Overall, would stay here again. The communication with the host was easy and accommodating. Thank you.

Overall we loved our stay here. It was perfect for our group of 7. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The house was clean and looked as advertised. A couple FYI’s: there was an over abundance of dishware (cups, plates etc). Cookwear was another story. Not many pans. We had to buy a cookie sheet because the one provided was all rusted. No biggie but could probably use some new pots and pans. The neighborhood is also not the greatest. We never felt unsafe during the day. In fact we took the 10 min walk to Marathon Motor Works twice and didn’t have an issue. We did however, have a feeling the area isn’t the best and that was confirmed by multiple uber drivers. We were told to not go outside at night. It’s apparently getting better and used to be much worse but just food for thought because that might play a role in someone’s decision to stay here.

This unit was poorly maintained. The unit was not clean. The linen was durty. The refrigerator leaks, and the dryer has water in it. There were not fire extinguisher or carbon monoxide detectors. Not family friendly. This unot needs a really good deep cleaning and updated furniture and appliances.

The rental is clean and has 5 rooms with 8 beds (with one room with 4 beds) so it accommodated us well. It is located 1.8 miles from Broadway Street so an easy Uber ride but is not in the nicest part of Nashville and not ideal for walking.The stay was great except for the one night that we were locked out of the rental from midnight until 3:30 am because our passcode timed out for no reason. Management sent a text apology the next day at 9:45 am and did nothing else about it. My multiple attempts at any service recovery after being locked out of our rental for half of the night were not answered. An AI response replied through the app after 4 minutes, but no human customer service response was ever received. We enjoyed our stay minus the major service error impacting one night and were further insulted when the management company blew us off about it.

This house was nice and accommodated our whole party very comfortable. Not too far from downtown Nashville. Our issues were not enough towels for 10 of us. No cleaning supplies. And we had issues getting in the house with our code. Plus the door lock needs work done. We also had to deal with a leaky fridge and not cooling enough. Also one of the second floor toilets didn't work very well without having to flush a few times. After reaching out to our host some of our issues were handled. Towels and cleaning supplies were provided.
